Check-in starts after 15:00. Early check-in is available upon arrangement, depends on the availability.
Kindly note that for checking you in after 21.00 we charge a late night fee of 10 euros. For checking you in after 23.00, we charge 30 euros as a late night fee. Late check-in depends on availability.

If you are two guests and you want to sleep separately you SHOULD make a reservation for 3 guests.

Guests who book for more than 2 weeks need to send a request BEFORE making their reservation, as we should arrange a fee for utilities and a cleaning fee every 10 days.

We kindly ask you to observe the quiet hours which, according to Greek Law are:
October 1st - March 31st: 15.30-17.30 and 22.00-07.30
April 1st - September 30th: 15.30-17.30 and 23.00-07.30

We kindly request you to respect the building, the apartment and the belongings inside: Plates, cutlery and glasses should be cleaned by you before your check out.

It's not allowed to check-in to people under 18. The presence of at least one adult person is needed. Third party reservations are not allowed.

Guests are obliged to show their passport during check-in, as, according to the Hellenic Tax Regulation (Greek Law 4446/2016 – Regulations regarding the short term lease of property in the context of the sharing economy and the bulletin ΠΟΛ. 1187/23.11.2017), we have to submit certain data like name, surname and passport number of this short term lease to the site of the Hellenic Internal Revenue Service. For guests of greek origin, name, surname and tax ID number are required.
