Situated perfectly for exploring Athens. Although a basic hotel you cannot fault the service & friendliness of the staff - someone on duty 24 hours & always with a smile & helpful knowledge. So many places to eat within a 10 minute stroll & can be up at the acropolis in 15 minutes. Rooms & facilities are very basic so won’t suit everyone but it’s perfect as a base to enjoy the beautiful city & people.

The hotel is in an excellent location and within walking distance to many attractions including the Acropolis. Monastiraki metro station is very close which makes getting around easy. The room was small but adequate. There are quite a few restaurants and bars nearby which is very convenient but it can be noisy at night. There is no elevator so be prepared to climb up and down narrow stairs. Overall, we would stay here again as the price for the location is unbeatable!

Perfect location. Staff friendly, trustworthy. My room on the 5th floor was small, but it had a balcony area, great views, could see the Acropolis from there. A really lively area. If I return to Athens I will stay here again.

Room was clean and comfortable, desk staff was very friendly and pleasant to chat with. The location was great- 15 minute walk to the Parthenon and close to lots of shops and restaurants.

It was a good stay for a solo traveler on a budget. The room is small and the bathroom is shared like being in dormitories. It is close to Monastiraki train station and shops and restaurants. There's no elevators but they have a lift to put ypur luggage on and you pick it up when you get to your floor.
