The hotel is clean, had great vibe and interior design. Amenities include a small gym with good equipment and a yoga studio. Good was fantastic, great section for meat and non-meat eaters. Restaurant and bar staff very friendly and good service. Good selection of pools, just have to be up early for main pool ‘best’ beds, with canopies. Can’t fault the hotel but was disappointed with the reception service. We went for our honeymoon and pre-told the hotel. We weren’t given an upgrade like many couple we spoke to and like many reviews show. We actually were given a different room for the 1st night because our original room was broken. Meaning we had to move room the following morning and couldn’t unpack and relax the night of arrival. The room was bigger and reception made it sound like they were giving a complimentary upgrade (for 12 hours), though it was only because they had to and it actually gave us more inconvenience. As a ‘sorry’ we got given the same fruit platter and sparkling that we would have got anyway as it was our honeymoon. After that bad start the rest of the stay was lovely.

Unser Aufenthalt im The Syntopia auf Kreta war schlichtweg ein Traum. Dieses Hotel nur für Erwachsene ist eine wahre Oase der Ruhe und des Stils und hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Schon beim Betreten der Lobby wird man von dem entspannten und gleichzeitig unglaublich schicken Boho-Ambiente verzaubert, das sich durch die gesamte Anlage zieht. Herausragende Gastronomie und exzellenter Service Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastronomie. Das All-Inclusive-Angebot war von außergewöhnlicher Qualität und Vielfalt. Die Buffets im Hauptrestaurant waren jeden Tag ein kulinarisches Highlight mit einer riesigen Auswahl an frischen, lokalen und internationalen Speisen. Alles war wunderschön angerichtet und schmeckte fantastisch. Auch die Cocktails an den diversen Bars waren kreativ, hochwertig und immer perfekt gemixt. Das gesamte Personal verdient ein riesiges Lob. Vom Empfang über die Kellner bis hin zum Reinigungspersonal waren alle Mitarbeiter ausnahmslos freundlich, aufmerksam und stets bemüht, den Gästen einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Man fühlt sich hier wirklich als willkommener Gast. Stilvolles Ambiente und perfekte Erholung Die Poolbereiche sind das Herzstück des Hotels und laden mit ihren bequemen Liegen, Daybeds und dem stilvollen Design zum Verweilen ein. Trotz der Größe des Hotels fand sich immer ein ruhiges Plätzchen zum Entspannen

Entspanntes Adult-only Hotel auf sehr hohem Niveau. Gutes All-Incl Angebot, super Essen mit viel Auswahl, tip-top sauber, schöne Pools mit super Liegeplätzen und dazu ist das Personal wirklick herzlich und professionell. Von Anfang bis Ende ein traumhafter Aufenthalt. Wir werden Syntopia vermissen.

Wir fanden das Hotel super. Hatten nur mit Frühstück gebucht und dann tageweise All-In dazu genommen, wenn wir den ganzen Tag im Hotel waren. Die gesamte Anlage is toll und sauber. Das Personal auch super nett. Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen, es war ein toller Urlaub. Kleiner Wermutstropfen ist vielleicht, dass Liegen mit Handtüchern belegen am Pool. Es wurden zwar Zettel auf die Plätze gelegt, dass das nicht gewünscht ist und diese entfernt werden. Das Entfernen hab ich aber nie gesehen. Aber das hat nicht wirklich gestört, man passt sich eben an.

Lovely hotel in Rethymno. The service was good and very helpful. There was plenty of options for food and drink in the all-inclusive package, I'd highly recommend. They had some entertainment on at 9pm pretty much every day but there wasn't much else other than that. We stayed in the suite and it was wonderful for a couple's one week holiday. It's only five minutes to the beach which was nice an easy.

Tolles Hotel – sehr sauber, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal (vielen Dank an Daniela und Dora!). Das Buffet bietet eine gute Auswahl. Einzig das Licht im Bad könnte etwas heller sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

A great hotel with lovely staff and very clean. Reception area is welcoming, beautiful and smells fantastic! The rooms are a little on the small side and the lighting isn’t great, especially in the bathroom and shower. There is also a smell which comes from the drains but overall, a great hotel and I would highly recommend it. 3 pools to choose from all with beds although they need to be stricter on the policy of not reserving subbed early in the morning.

Unsere erste Reise nach Kreta hätte nicht besser sein können, und das Hotel hat dabei einen großen Teil dazu beigetragen! Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt – nur 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt lag ein traumhafter Strand. Das Hotel selbst war wunderschön und sauber. Die Einrichtung war modern und stilvoll, sodass man sich von der ersten Minute an wohlgefühlt hat. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Personal, das stets freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit war. Auch das Restaurant: Es war immer sauber, und das Buffet wurde regelmäßig frisch aufgefüllt. Die Auswahl war vielfältig, und das All-inclusive-Angebot ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Hotel und Anlage sind sehr zu empfehlen. Toller Service und nettes Personal. Schöne Poolanlagen mit gut ausgestatteter Bars. Buffet und Essen sind ok bis gut für All inclusive (wir sind aber sehr anspruchsvoll und kochen gerne selber und vielfältig). Klare Empfehlung.

The hotel is very modern, nice and clean. The pool area is amazing. The service is doing a great job. There is always (live) music at the pool area, mostly until 11pm. We had breakfast included, not all inclusive as there are lots of restaurants around the hotel/ close by.
