stayed here for the club. totally worth it! clean rooms and helpful staff. a bit difficult to get to the busy areas without a vehicle. buses came every 30min so plan accordingly.

Kate and Maria ( my apologies if I got the name wrong in my memory ) on reception were the best front desk experience ever ! We got free sunbeds at the Greek restaurant as it was closing season MID September . The Girls deserve a pay rise , management please note

Früstück könnte meiner Meinung nach besseres Brot haben. Im Restaurant das Essen wurde uns am Abend kalt serviert. Als wir es beanstandet haben, wurde es in Frage gestellt, weil die Schale vom Risotto doch heiß wäre. Wir haben erklärt, daß das Risotto aber kalt darin ist, worauf man uns trotzdem skeptisch angesehen hat und unsere Gerichte dann widerwillig vom Tisch nahm, um sie aufzuwärmen. Das Gyros-Pita war dann auch nur lauwarm und das Fleisch war zäh…..Dafür dann so viel zu bezahlen, das ist es nicht wert gewesen. Ohne Entschuldigung hat die Dame es normal abkassiert, obwohl sie wußte, daß es uns so nicht geschmeckt hat. Das Essen am Strand, im Hotelclub war aber gut. Ansonsten war das Personal wirklich sehr nett und auch der Zimmerservice und die Raumpflege war toll. Ansonsten war alles wirklich klasse!

Had a perfect stay at this amazing resort! The staff upgraded my room and treated me like such a special guest. The rooms were great, spotless although just a tad dated. The food was over the top amazing! Breakfast option is a MUST..so good! Will stay here again ❤️❤️

Had a perfect stay at this amazing resort! The staff upgraded my room and treated me like such a special guest. The rooms were great, spotless although just a tad dated. The food was over the top amazing! Breakfast option is a MUST..so good! Will stay here again ❤️❤️

This is a wonderful resort with really nice rooms and a great outlook over Paradise beach. The facilities at the Tropicana are world class and the staff are friendly and welcoming. My view from the room was real albeit via a pretty small window. I was lucky to book just after the summer season so I enjoyed some relative quiet and very reduced nightly rates. The buffet breakfast is incredible and not to be missed!

The room was magnificent — spacious, elegant, and offered stunning views that felt straight out of a dream. The infinity pool was wonderful and perfectly heated, making every swim relaxing and luxurious. The grounds were beautiful, perfectly maintained, and every corner of the property exuded luxury and comfort. The staff was incredible, always attentive and kind. A special mention to Mary at the reception — she was beyond amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was perfect, tending to all our needs and ensuring our experience was truly beyond our dreams. Dina, the bartender, was fantastic as well — definitely keep her around! She took care of all our needs and made the best drinks.
