Villa Diasselo is in the perfect location close to Malia & Stalis & beach,Panos is an excellent host and makes you feel very welcome throughout your stay,rooms & pool are excellent and cleaned to a very high standard. Breakfasts and bar are excellent an panos & family would cater for any of your needs, i definitely will be booking for next year, thanks Panos, Stuart & Lucy

We stayed here last June 2017, and had such a lovely time, that we decided to return here May 2018. We had a wonderful holiday, Panos ( the owner) couldn't have made us any more welcome if he tried. The apartments are very clean, with clean bedding/towels most days. The pool /bar area is immaculate. Its such a relaxing apartment, quiet/ good location, 10 minute walk to beach/ Stalia/Malia strip. Hopped on local buses ( which are actually coaches to visit Hersonossis/ Agios Nikolaos/ Sissi. Will definately return ASAP. So Thank you Panos for making us at home.

Sistemazione buona in relazione al prezzo pagato,vicina al mare ma in campagna a ridosso del centro abitato. Appartamento con angolo cottura ideale per soggiorni in completa autonomia. Buon servizio trasporti pubblici.

Onvriendelijke gastheer niet hulp behoedend en klantvriendelijk Roddelt over klanten tegen naaste collega waar je bij staat hele week tot 17.00 geen warm water sandwiches waren taai en chocomelk niet te drinkenWc papier zelf aanschaffen gaf hij aan.Geen accomodaties beschikbaar om te verkleden of te douchen bij uitchecjen terwijl de helft leeg stond

Upon arrival Panos (the owner) had our bags taken upto the room, the room was quite clean, nice view from the balcony, surrounding area was nice and quiet. the swimming pool was very clean,as was the surrounding area bar etc., Panos couldn't have been anymore accomadating, telling us of the best places to eat, quick access to the beach, etc etc. Anything we needed, Panos delivered. His Mum makes lovely cakes, the food also looked lovely.

Heel streng, visite is ten strengste verboden, wil je airco? Neem je gevulde portemonnee maar mee want dat gaat je geld kosten.. (op de site staat airco inclusief) kluis van 25 bij 15 cm? Handig! Maar waar is de sleutel?? Ohh dat kost ook geld. Totaal niet zoals de foto's. Aan het strand? Nee, het is 2 km lopen. Uitzicht op het strand? Nee, wel op een mooie elektriciteitsmast. Parkeer gelegenheid? Ja dat wel! En dan denk je alles te hebben gehad en dan besef je midden in de nacht dat je op een stuk beton slaapt met een hoeslaken. Was het de hele 200 euro waard? Nee, ik betaal voortaan wel 1000 euro voor iets goeds.

Staying at villa diasselo is an ambivalent experience. The first impression of the building is nice and you get pretty much what was advertised. For 2.5 stars you receive a clean room with a small cooking area. Yet, there is the staff and their service which was disappointing. Talking numbers, I paid 30€ per day and stayed 9 days (just for the room, as I didn't want breakfast). The room service came 3 times and did a sloppy job. She rather made my mates empty the trash cans and told us to wake up earlier than doing her job. Requesting usual items, such as toilette paper, was horrible as we had to literally discuss with the boss whether we would get a roll or not. Talking about the owner of the place.. We first met him in sandals and shirtless. Booking 3 separate beds was what we did and we didn't got them. However, separating the double bed led to a huge discussion with the owner. As he was not happy to give us another bed sheet. After all, If you want to argue and clean your room on your own, but enjoy the nice view of the mountains, visit the place

Hotel relativement bien situé. La chambre est spacieuse mais la climatisation est payante( un comble) Le nombre de serviettes est limité (1 par personne) Le petit dejeuner non inclus (6 euros ) est tres frugal. La connexion Wi Fi est médiocre et il n'y a pas de télévision. Il s'agissait pour nous du pire hotel que nous avons réservé en Crete. Je le déconseille.

Отель для непритязательных туристов. Номера бедненькие, но довольно чистые. Фена нет, туалетно-косметических принадлежностей нет, кондиционер за отдельную плату 50 евро за неделю. Дороговато для такого отеля. Есть кухонный уголок с плитой, чайником и минимум посуды (сковороды нет), но готовить мы не пытались. Душ закрыт простой шторкой и при попытке помыться весь пол в ванной мокрый. Убирались не каждый день, мусор приходилось выносить пару раз самостоятельно. Полотенца меняли почти каждый день, за исключением воскресенья (видимо нерабочий день даже для персонала).Когда в спальню закрывали дверь, становилось душно, открывали балкон, есть комары, пользовались фумигатором. Если окна выходят на бассейн, то очень хорошо слышно желающих искупаться ночью или поздно вечером. До моря минут 10 пешком, до автобусной остановки также, до центра Малии аналогично. Рядом много таверн, кафе и супермаркетов. Есть сетевой супермаркет SPAR в пределах пешей доступности (минут 15), там продукты дешевле. Около отеля есть бесплатная парковка, я бы даже сказала это просто заставленный машинами участок земли без опознавательных знаков. В общем, для тех, кто собирается отдыхать активно и в отеле появляться для поспать и переночевать вполне может подойти. Цена соответствует качеству.

Vi var veldig godt fornøyd med oppholdet. Har vært der 1 gang før. Rommene har blitt pusset opp siden sist. Enkelt og greit. Veldig trivelige verter. Kom tett inn på familien. Det tar knappe 5 min å gå til stranden, og det er en virkelig flott strand. Langgrunnt og fin sand. Trivelige omgivelser, god service i nabobutikkene. Hotellområdet er stille og rolig. Fin liten hage rundt. Anbefaler "mammas mousakka", og andre småretter ! Vi reiser gjerne tilbake!

Unfortunately the photos in the ad were different to what we got. Our room was supposed to be 1 double bed and 2 singles bed but there were 3 single bed which was quite disappointing. The mattress is horrible quality and very springy. When we arrived to check in, the owner took us to the bar where he hand wrote our personal details including passport information in a notebook that was just left on the counter top for anyone to easily access. This is a huge concern. The owner told us that we would need to pay 35 EURO to use the air-con however the booking states aircon is included. They advised us that it’s only included if the booking was paid directly on their website instead of Expedia. I showed them the booking where it states aircon is included but they didn’t care, only wanted my money which I flat out refused. The shower is extremely tiny and there is not enough room to turn around without having the wet dirty shower curtain sticking to your body. We didn’t feel clean after taking a shower here. They didn’t supply a sponge and dish soap to wash the dishes so we didn’t want to use any of the supplied plates, cups and cutlery because all the previous occupants wouldn’t have washed them properly as there’s no sponge or dish soap to allow this. The fridge was also dirty inside, it doesn’t appear that the cleaning ladies do much here. I now understand why this place has recieved soo many bad reviews. Please be aware!
