We stayed at this property for three days, and I cannot fault the exceptional service we received. Joanna is absolutely the most genuine, one-of-a-kind person who keeps this hotel running at its best. She was always available to answer any questions and helped us arrange various activities. The staff serving us during breakfast were incredibly friendly, and the food was delicious. The views were truly outstanding. I could go on and on, but simply put, this place is the best, and I would highly, highly recommend it. Kelly

Chambre magnifique la plus belle que nous n’ayons jamais eu! Piscine chauffée dans notre chambre (à cette période de l’année) terrasse privative à l’abri des regards. Emplacement loin de l’agitation mais aussi proche pour se balader sur les différentes villes alentours. Vues magnifiques à tous les endroits de l’hôtel dommage qu’il y ait eu beaucoup de vent au début de notre séjour..(début mai) la piscine commune à débordement n’est pas chauffée et cela est dommage car nous n’avons pu profiter de la vue exceptionnelle pour une baignade. Le personnel est adorable, toujours disponible et à l’écoute de nos attentes. Joanna est très efficace et gentille! Le seul inconvénient que nous ayons trouvé est le prix des repas au restaurant, nous avons un grand étoilé en France pour le même prix. Cela n’entache pas la qualité des mets. La formule petit déjeuner est servie à table avec magnifique vue encore mais dommage de n’avoir que si peu de choix, nous aurions mieux aimé un buffet. Merci pour cette belle expérience!!

We came for our honeymoon and had a wonderful and relaxing time at this beautiful hotel. We received royal treatment and the staff gave us great service and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for the first time.

Usually, a place gets five stars when it is either new or fantastic. This is both. The rooms are very unique and luxurious, and the view from the roof terrace is unparalleled. The food is good, although there is room for improvement. The location is serene and beautiful. The service is like nothing ive ever experienced, both in terms of politeness and diligence. Every request, small or large, was met with a smile.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a once in a lifetime stay. I already wish i could return and stay again. We chose this hotel because the room had its own pool with sunset views and the room itself was like a cave. It did not disappoint! We had a great time staying here and didnt want to leave. The staff were all the most helpful and polite we have ever had. They would go out of their way to help with anything we needed, which was amazing. The view from the patio and pool was breathtaking, and the pool was always the perfect temperature. If i had to be picky, there were a few things i would say could be improved. First off, the pool drain was quite noisy because it was an infinity pool. I blocked it off slightly so it wouldnt drain as quickly, which made it much better. It also seemed to be able to keep up with the drainage, so it would be a good idea to put something in there permanently. Second, the shower drain sticks out of the floor and is directly below the shower head. This makes it awkward to stand directly under the shower. Overall cleanliness of the room was good, but we noticed a few things that showed they probably didnt clean the room as often as they should. For example, the floor had dirt spots. But ultimately, it was still one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed at, especially considering the size of the room.

Kami sangat senang menginap di Suite Nykteri dengan kolam renang di kamar. Ideal di luar musim panas (Kami berangkat pertengahan April 2022 Layanan kamar sempurna, seperti yang diharapkan dari tempat seperti ini! Sisa hotel sama menawannya, resepsionis merawat kami selama kami tinggal, kepala pelayan selalu penuh perhatian. Sungguh menyenangkan tinggal di sana. Sangat sepi dan zen, kami dapat mengisi ulang baterai kami. Kami sangat menyukainya. Hotel ini juga sangat bagus (2 menit berjalan kaki dari Imerovigli dan 25 menit berjalan kaki dari Fira). Sedikit saran: sarapan, enak dan disiapkan di tempat, banyak dan enak. Sekali lagi terima kasih untuk minggu yang sangat santai.

We had a very special moment and time at this beautiful place, it is a brand new hotel in the highest part of imerovigli. We had a majestic suite with an amazing infinity pool, it was really amazing. We had our wedding there and the whole team was very nice, helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Sara and the team, they did a great job on this day and we are very grateful. A highlight is also the food at this hotel, we have never had such a great and high class breakfast as you get here i really love it! We loved this hotel and this special place on santorini, cant wait to come back.

My partner and i had never stayed at a better hotel. With an infinity pool and super comfortable lounge chairs, the view of the caldera was breathtaking. The villa we stayed in was incredible, it is so elegant and spacious, and the cave design is really cool. I love how they preserve the natural environment, it feels like you have entered a calm, grounded, and incredible experience where you can really relax and enjoy your home away from home. The bed was also very comfortable, the softest pillows in the world, and i love that the plugs have a direct usb connection to charge your phone. The shower is also amazing, and the breakfast is delicious. We also had a heated private pool, which we really appreciated. Our stay was truly special thanks to the excellent service provided by the host Maria and alejandros, as well as the entire staff. We hope to return to the honeymoon suite this time!.

One of the most stunning places ive ever stayed. The most welcoming staff you could ever meet, breathtaking views, and an ideal island location. The rooms are also distinctive. Ours was built into a cave and included a sizable private pool, jacuzzi, and even a rope swing in addition to the main pool that overlooked the sea. Breakfast was excellent, the price was far more reasonable than anything else ive seen in santorini, and the small size (six suites) allowed for very personalized service.

We had an amazing experience, and i cannot rate this hotel enough stars. The only thing that bothered me was that we were unable to remain there for an extended period. The hostess, lia, was outstanding she anticipated our requirements and was extremely helpful and transparent about what to do on the island. The views were equally breathtaking, and the restaurant had fantastic food. I cannot express how wonderful our room, the grounds, and the personnel were. We are extremely grateful to the entire team at white pearl at cavalieri for celebrating our wedding anniversary. We will definitely return!.

We stayed in 2 different villas with a private pool. The stay was perfect and wonderful. The general manager, ali, and all the staff at the hotel made our stay the best in santorini. The 2 villas we stayed in were great, big, private, very comfortable and with a private pool. Thank you very much for these wonderful days and will definitely be back!.

A hidden gem with the best view of santorini! The rooms are designed within real spacious caves and offer all the amenities (wifi works well everywhere btw). The beds are very comfortable and the indoor pool offers many unique experiences. Its located in one of the most discreet and quiet areas of the caldera, avoiding large crowds and strangers and offering privacy. Pleasant staff and an impressive manager who always accommodates all guests requests and goes above and beyond to ensure a perfect experience. They offer a luxury sailing experience that goes around the best areas of the island of santorini and ends with a view of santorini sunset. There is a restaurant bistro offering vip dining for special occasions in a private space on top of the hotel with a private jacuzzi. A beautifully designed hotel that is recommended. Its a onestop experience for exploring santorini island and perhaps the perfect place to stay for a recurring guest trip to this island.

The food, the room, the people, everything was wonderful. The staff here are very informative and kind. They will attend to your every need and answer any questions you have. They even help book sailing, horseback riding and taxi rides for you. If i ever come back to santorini i will definitely stay here again. You even get a heated private pool!.
