My husband and I spent five dreamy nights at this wonderful hotel. After much research on the hotels on the island, I couldn’t have picked a better hotel that checked off all the boxes. From the second we arrived we were cared for and catered to with the best service. The manager Alex made an effort to make us feel welcome and comfortable and all of the staff (especially Nicholas and Brunilda!) made our stay one we will cherish forever. Our hot tub overlooking the view was dreamy and a perfect way to end each day. Our room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel has an amazing breakfast each morning that overlooks the best view. Eggs, ham/bacon, sausage, pancakes, waffles, juice/tea/coffee, pastry, etc started off each of our days perfectly. We ate at the resturant at the hotel one night and it was amazing. The grilled calamari was very tasty and my husbands shrimp was divine! The hotel has the most amazing view of the sunset to end each day. I can’t wait to come back to this hotel with my family and would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, away from the crazy stay. I consider the staff my friends and am looking forward to seeing them again.

Our experience here was absolutely amazing. The staff were so nice, accommodating and attentive. The hotel was clean, beautiful and had amazing views of the water. The breakfast was hot and delicious and the restaurant was amazing. We had a great experience and cannot recommend this place enough! 10/10 experience and would definitely come here again and recommend this hotel to any friends/family who visit Santorini.

As my first time in Santorini, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. From the spotless facilities to the beautiful location, everything was exceptional. The continental breakfast offered a delicious variety, and the staff were incredibly polite and welcoming. I can confidently say that Xenones Filotera Hotel is a fantastic place to stay for couples, families, or even solo travelers. I truly appreciate the attention and care from all the staff—especially the housekeepers, Bruna, Alexandra, Nikos, and their manager, Alexandros. They made us feel like family throughout our stay. I will definitely return to Santorini and book this hotel again.

We had the most wonderful stay, everything was excellent - from the friendly, helpful staff, beautiful pool and views and delicious daily breakfast to the spacious, clean and comfortable room, lovely shower and hot tub. The location was perfect too, on the Fira to Oia walking route which we enjoyed doing and within easy reach of supermarkets, restaurants and public buses. The food at the hotel was also excellent with awe-inspiring views from the terrace, particularly at sunset. We had the best holiday, highly recommend this fantastic hotel.

"We had a wonderful stay at Xenones Filotera and would definitely recommend it. We stayed in a Honeymoon Room, which had plenty of private outdoor space for two sun loungers and a table with chairs, along with that incredible view. The rooms themselves are well-equipped and comfortable. While the fixtures and fittings are showing their age, this didn't affect our stay. The breakfast was good: a buffet style with plenty of options, available until 11:00 AM. The staff were always welcoming and friendly. The hotel is in a great location to explore all the island has to offer, however we highly recommend hiring a car, especially if your staying more than 3 nights. Santorini is stunning but often oversaturated with tourism. If you want to stay away from the crowds and relax, this is the perfect place for you."
