Al het personeel is onzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers werden iedere dag schoongemaakt en de bedden meerdere malen per week verschoond. Ook het eten was heel erg lekker en vers.

From June to June, my wife and I stayed on neptune beach. Even though the hotel appears to be quite small at its main entrance, it opens up into a roomy, well-managed institution with swimming and toddler pools, poolside bars, sunbeds, and seating areas some of which are covered. The hotel is a fairly large offering of sunbeds adjacent to massage facilities and then directs you to a private sandy beach area. The bar is wellstocked, and the service is excellent. The restaurant, managed by the highly effective, friendly, helpful, and professional Dimitri, was fantastic. There was a large selection of food to satisfy every taste, with staff members constantly supplying food that was being consumed by a constant stream of hungry multinational restaurants. Wines, beer, and soft drinks were available on draught for selfservice, and were very popular. The entertainment staff was on duty throughout the day, encouraging people to participate in a variety of games and aqua aerobics, big shoutout for vio dancing to gangnam style! There was also a kids disco and evening entertainment. Our room was spacious with a patio with fantastic views of both the ocean and the mountains. Room service was excellent, and the hotel was always spotless and neat. A credit to the entire staff who is so kind and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and intend to return.

Wonderful hotel. Room was a little tired and not how it was pictured on Hotels.com but very clean, pleasant staff, good drinks and food. Hotel is right on the beach. Would stay again!

War eine tolle Unterkunft würde ich nochmals buchen Keine versteckten Kosten, täglich frisches Essen zudem Abwechslungsreich. Jegliche Art von Getränken kostenlos bis 23 Uhr Strandabschnitt war sehr schön und nicht überfüllt.

We booked this last minute for a night as the ferry was on strike. Best service you will ever receive. The staff are amazing and make up for the fact that this is a 4 star. Amenities are all there, great beach. Only issue was that the air conditioning didn’t really work as well in the room.
