They were pleasant since I booked the rooms till we left. They went beyond the call of duty to help surprise my sister in law for her birthday. They decorated the room and helped get a cake for me so that it was there ready when we got there.

It was a nice little place. It was clean and people were nice. The only problem I had was getting out early in the morning and getting in late at night. They close the door at 8pm and I think they open at 7am, but then again it makes it safer too. Also I didn't realized they close during lunch so we had a hard time getting in at midday one day and had to wait. We were in a hurry to go to my mother's funeral, so i wasn't very pleased.

Good value for money. Within walking distance of the centre. A bit too noisy inside due to an echo in the building. Make sure you request brewed coffee at breakfast otherwise they give you instant as default. Friendly, helpful staff.

Very comfortable, intimate hotel located in a quiet neighborhood. I don't know enough about the city to comment intelligently on the location, although I can say that it is an easy walk to the square.

el personal necesita mejorar el servicio al cliente, es importante dar la cantidad de toallas para la cantidad de personas que se hace la reserva y no solicitarlas, ya que casi nunca se encuentran en el escritorio de recepcion.

En mas de una ocasión no había nadie en recepción, al hotel le faltan algunos detalle a cómo cabeceras y las habitaciones son frías, las habitaciones son pequeñas, es muy limpio y ubicado céntricamente

El personal es amable, se preocupan por hacerlo sentir bien a uno; sin embargo, no creo aconsejable que por querer "ahorrar costos", solamente tengan a una persona de turno, y que la misma, sea la que limpie las habitaciones, porque se desatiende la recepción. El parqueo es muy limitado y, aunque tienen un anexo en un hostal "no muy cercano", a donde lo llevan y traen para llevar y recoger el vehículo, el tener que esperar para eso no es agradable, menos bajo la lluvia. Ojo, si pagan con tarjeta, tienen recargo del 5%, aunque en ningún lugar hacen la observación. Sería mejor que "dieran descuento por pago en efectivo" y no "hacer recargo por pago con tarjeta", es parte del servicio. Consejo: es bueno que todo el personal del hotel (nuevo o no), sepan el significado del nombre del hotel, así como lo básico de cómo calcular los impuestos...

I like the patio, I didn’t like the room and definitely didn’t like the bathroom and or shower. The beds and bedding could be updated. The area was questionable.

Bueno solamente para descansar y dormir. Puede mejorar en tener mas amenidades en la habitación, como por ejemplo, mini closet o mueble para colocar ropa y coladores de toalla y de papel higiénico en el baño.

Las camas estaban bien, las sabanas limpias y el baño limpio, sin embargo había alguna fuga de agua en el piso y había charcos. No había una mesa donde pudieras desempacar y la toalla de manos del baño tenía que estar sobre el lavamanos porque no había un gancho donde ponerla.
