Just wow! We had an excellent stay and I would rave about this property to anyone that wants to enjoy the beach and the pool and be centrally located and NOT on a party beach! So nice and the staff is amazing! The pool bartenders are hit or miss - they were not the same with service. The rest of the staff was so friendly and helpful and lovely! The breakfast is 100% worth it! Ours came included. Our friends booked through Airbnb and it was not included for them. They added it on as it was an impressive spread with American staples and Honduran items as well! Lots of options. Okay. Now let’s talk about the beach! In the daylight, run to the ocean! The people trying to sell you on the beach are aggressive! The beach massage ladies are no joke! We said no at least 20 times and they still wouldn’t take no for an answer. So, beware - the sunglasses guys and T-shirt guys are not as bad, but beware. You almost have to get mean to get them to leave you alone. Trying to say no nicely does not work. But these people are not allowed on the hotel grounds - so you are safe inside the resort. We felt so safe at Infinity Bay. We felt safe in all of our excursions and activities and the massage ladies became a running joke for the week…. They will touch your face…. Stay safe out there!

Our third stay at this resort and obviously for good reason! The property is gorgeous and beautifully maintained. Multiple pool areas with different depths were perfect for our small grandkids to play in. Shallow enough in one pool for them to splash and walk in and the other was deeper for swimming etc. The beach has super fun snorkeling especially at night,....grap a dive light and go see all kinds of critters on the nearby reef within a short swimming distance. We saw 4 octopus one evening and several squid etc. Great shore diving!!! Very nice rooms with full kitchens and super nice balconies. Some of the rooms do need some improvements however as one had a missing TV and blinds that needed repair. The included buffet breakfast is really nice and has made to order eggs, omelets etc. Hotel food is very good but we usually do not get the all inclusive as there are several super nice restuarants along the beach that we like to take turns eating at and they are all reasonably priced! We come here as a family to go diving and the dive shop "Infinity Divers" is an awesome outfit to work with! Everyone who works there is top notch! Our 12 year old grandson finished his certification with Tanya as his dive instructor and she is absolutely awesome!!! Tanya was very professional and went above and beyond in teaching him things that even us as seasoned divers were never taught! Highly recommend her! We rented a private boat and were taken to dive sites we picked!

Great place to stay. I would stay again. I rate the cleanliness 10/10 and thats due to fresh smelling sheets and towels and I observed them mopping our room. I had no issues with cleanliness as a germaphobe. As a somewhat picky eater, I would say the food was pretty good (ate breakfast at the buffet and ordered from their pool menu). It is easy to get around and the hotel has its own pier for water taxis (10 minutes water taxi to West End). Walking distance to the shopping mall. Beach is nice. Beach/excursions vendors are a little annoying tho. Hotel staff is very friendly. No complaints except for seeing a spider, bee, and couple mosquitos in our room but doesnt affect my rating. highly recommend. Value for price for the trip and hotel itself I say 4/5.

We really enjoyed our stay at Infinity Bay Spa & Beach Resort in Roatán. The resort grounds are beautiful, with gorgeous pools and one of the nicest beach areas in West Bay. The snorkeling right off the beach was amazing, and we even saw a nurse shark near the dock! Our room was very spacious and we especially appreciated having a kitchen and large balcony, which made the stay much more comfortable and relaxing. The free breakfast each morning was a great bonus with lots of options. The atmosphere around the resort was laid back and enjoyable, and we loved spending our days between the pool and the ocean. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation spot for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of Roatán.

We had an incredible stay at Infinity Bay Spa & Beach Resort in Roatán! We chose this beautiful resort to celebrate my husband's birthday, and it exceeded all our expectations. The location is simply perfect, right on the stunning West Bay Beach with crystal-clear turquoise water and amazing snorkeling just a few steps away. The breakfast was delicious, the beach was spectacular, and the entire atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. If you're looking for the perfect place to stay in Roatán, whether for a romantic getaway, family vacation, or special celebration, Infinity Bay is an excellent choice.
