We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They kindly accommodated our early check-in request, which made our trip much more convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was excellent, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. We especially appreciated the warm hospitality and attention to detail throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Rooms were small but clean and well maintained. The gym was well equipped. The roof top pool was gorgeous overlooking Victoria harbor. There are different restaurants on site but I can’t comment on them as I didn’t dine there. The closest MTR station is exit A1, less than 5 minutes walk to the hotel. There are two 3-story retail plazas steps from the hotel that have typical retail and local dine in cafes

Tolles Hotel sehr modern sehr schick und viele Annehmlichkeiten die wir leider nicht ausprobieren konnten wie zB dem Pool. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle nett und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind wunderbar eingerichtet. Die Reinigung ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Direkte Anbindung zur Bahn.

The hotel and the staff are lovely. The view (even partial harbour view ) was really good. It helped that I was on the higher floor. The train station was also close by. The only drawback is the area it’s away from most of the touristy places so there was a lot of train traveling that I had to do

Staff were super helpful, I badly injured my knee whilst staying in HK and the staff could not be more helpful with additional pillows and ice packs each evening to help reduce the swelling. Absolutely great service. Location is easy to get to MTR station (Exit A1)

Everything about this gorgeous hotel was worth raving about. It had top tier customer focus and attentiveness. Upon arrival, the hotel has an immaculate appearance from check-in to the staff bringing your luggage upstairs for you. Our room had stunning views of Victoria Harbour and the flow of the city life below with absolutely no noise. The room shades provided complete darkness for days we desired to sleep-in. Due to the tropical-like humid environment and warm temps, expect a little mugginess when first checking in to your room, but a quick call down to guest services to request an air purifier will help out a lot. Rooms don’t have universal plugs, so you’ll have to request one from guest services, or simply bring your own. There was no charge, just be sure to return it or they’ll assume you want to keep it for 300hkd. There was daily room cleaning and replacing of towels. The bar and restaurant at the top floor was lively and had great energy, as well as, tasty food and good service whether enjoying outside or inside. FYI, you’ll need to call and reserve a table for the evening hours because it fills up. Restaurant is a rooftop hit with gorgeous views of the Harbour so guests and non guests alike come to the hotel to enjoy it. The hotel is positioned in a premiere location to local eats and street vendors, a mall, and many many 7-11 stores every direction you turn to fulfill your smaller needs. Overall excellent experience. Highly recommend!

The check in was seamless and i was immediately given a room at high floor (Level 20) by the helpful staff. One of the rare occasions to be given such privilege in Hong Kong. The high floor view in the hotel is just great with ocean view especially in morning/evening. Sun rises at 5.30am local time during my stay in May which suits an early bird like me. Hotel location is great with all 5-10mins walking distance to North Point metro station (Entrance/Exit A1), public bus stops serving the airport (A12) and shopping malls to Nathan Road (Route 102 & 112). For those going to Central/Admiralty area can take the direct Island Line metro or the trams. Many eateries surrounding this hotel and the plus point is the area is not packed. Room stay was comfortable though the soundproofing for the corridor can be improved. Aircon is adjustable to my liking. The room amenities were great with things working well. The stuffs for the minibar were also decent and the fridge cold enough to store my yogurt. Hot water came fm the small water dispenser and will take a few rounds to boil the waters if needed for daily consumption. The switches in the room can be quite confusing. Good if come labelled as i need to try out one by one before my sleep. Infinity at Level 23 has a spectacular view though is a small one. Packed most of the time. Staffs were friendly and attentive. The cleaners were helpful and checked me for cleaning service daily. Overall the stay is good and pleasant.

This is a very good hotel, ideal for a business trip to Hong Kong. The staff for very friendly, the restaurants on site including the breast first are excellent and the facilities are also very good, it is very reasonably priced for Hong Kong and the location is excellent.
