Location is excellent. Able to connect all kinds of things such as transport and other services. Check-in could be better with more information for the exact check-in location. Otherwise this is a great choice to stay in a budget in a premium area in Causeway Bay.

located to urban area in Wan Chai , to Causeway Bay MTR station only 5 mins , it's only taken 2 mins to the wellcome supermarket ,it's quite convenient. but it's close to the underwater tunnel and near the highway , it's very noisy.

This hotel is good, I would recommend this hotel. We were unable to sleep because of this bad smell. However, the place was soundproof and it looked like it was coming from a bunk bed. The condition of the bunk bed is fine, the shower is hot, and there is a microwave and fridge. And a coffee brewer is provided too.

This hotel is also close to shops. The price is fair for this hotel. Also the service is very friendly and can give you lots of information about Hong Kong. I will stay here again.

When we all discovered that our accommodation was in a capsule hotel, I must admit that there was an air of uncertainty. Actually, it turned out to be a really great experience for us. Even though the apartment was small, it was tidy and well-equipped with amenities like a normal hotel. Liza, the cleaning lady, was warm and welcoming. Additionally, other visitors were welcoming. The position, which was close to the mall and shopping district, is a plus. Will undoubtedly return.

This place is really recommended, especially for budget travelers. The environment is quite comfortable and has good amenities. I like that the location is also in a good place to have a place to walk or shop.

New experience for me to check-in at machine and without anyone at the hotel, even those no staff around but emergency call on duty while I call. Quiet environment, very convenient no matter wants to take MTR, bus, tram or cab. 2 mins walk to MTR / bus stop, 3 mins walk to tram. Easy to buy food or grocery, restaurant, 7-11, Wellcome Grocery is surrounding. My spouse and I not used to soft bed and pillow, our neck and back feeling pain. Overall is good. Although room is small but what you want are inside, suitable to couple or solo traveler. Not recommend for family.

There is no balcony view from the room. The room has 1 small window about 30cm x 30cm only. The view of water is from corridor outside the rooms. Shared 1 Toilet between 5 rooms. Hot water only during specific times of day Automated kiosk to check in, no staff on site. Whatsapp needed to communicate with staff. A little noisy at night time Extra us$28 charged to check in 1.5hrs early.

部屋からベランダに出られると思いましたが窓は開きませんでした。共用部分から出られるベランダ部分は椅子が一脚あるのみ、早朝や深夜少し騒音が気になりました。一番困ったのはバスタオルがないこと。小さなフェイスタオル一日３枚のみでしたので追加で必要なら掃除の際に掃除の女性に頼んでもらう必要があります。トイレは共用部分に2箇所あり、キッチンはありません。

部屋から絶景が見れるプレミアダブルルームに宿泊。眺めは抜群で、自分はカメラ仕掛けて昼から夜景に移るタイムラプス映像を残す事が出来た。部屋の中にはシャワーと洗面台、ポット等。トイレは共同なのは仕方ないが、ホテル情報にあった冷蔵庫は部屋のあった15Fには無し。4Fにも部屋があるらしいので、そちらにはあったかもしれないが、その点が不満。またシャワーは23-8時の間は温水が出ないと書かれてたので、その点も残念。そして眺望が良いのと引き換えに、外の自動車の音がかなりしており、アメニティにもあった耳栓が必須だった。心配だった無人チェックインは、名前を端末に入力し、パスポートを読み込ませる事で問題無く入室できた。駅からも遠くなく、眺望目的で泊まるのも良いが、設備には少し目を潰れる人向けか。

De staat van de hotel is niet geweldig behalve de uitzicht vanaf de gemeenschappelijke balkon, die is geweldig. Gebrekkige en lekkende kranen. Lekkage op de vloer zelf opgeruimd, verder was er niet veel aan gedaan. Receptie is niet fysiek aanwezig, alles is geautomatiseerd.

Self-check in, not much service. It's not clear when booking that the private room only has a shower and needs to use shared toilets. There are also small insects in the room. The hotel location and the view are great.
