As for 30 nights and up reservation only：
- A security deposit of HK$ 3,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
- Additional HK$500 per month for staying including 4 times a month of housekeeping service including changing the beddings, towels, garbage bag and toiletries; OR - Additional HK$1,000 per month for staying with pet including 4 times a month of housekeeping service including changing the beddings, towels, garbage bag and toiletries.
- Pet must be kept in a carrier in public areas. - One small pet under total 12kg (around 25 pounds) are allowed per room for overnight stays, with the exception of guide dogs.
