The rooms have a little old-fashioned architecture, with special focus on the time-scale shower and a broken shower head. There are a few negatives about the carpet because it didn't always look like dust. I can write less negatives about the carpet because it didn't always look like dust. Lets start with the positives the food and health are great, a lot of effort is put into the menu and the thermal water spa is exactly what you need after a long day it is such a great experience being in the freezing air outside but in the water in the water now some less good things. The hotel is seriously understaffed. We couldn't sit down to a clean, empty table for breakfast or dinner and the few waiters were more concerned with the guests ordering a drink and getting the service fee. But it's difficult to order a drink until a guest sit first. The kindness of the staff leaves a lot to be desired, especially around the rp in the bar when dinner hasn't begun and the staff is just relaxing and talking, but good news! At least they didn't allow us so we felt useless, and we sipped our coffee in the middle of frequent apologies.

The hotel's cleanliness was excellent. It has a cozy ambience. The furnishings were also comfy. The interior was amazing as early as Christmas. There are many comfortable places to sit. There are many benefits to staying here. The wellness center was spotless. There are a lot of choices to choose from.

I really like the food here, and a nice friendly service, the wellness area here is very good and there are quite many parking spaces nearby, and the wellness area is very packed but also not that good.

The location was great, with a great spa area, children's play area, coffee service, and a bar with refreshing drinks. The inside and outside swimming pool were very nice. The room was clean, roomy, and comfortable, with a balcony and good working air conditioning. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
