We can’t thank the friendly Marcel in Reception. He provided us with so much information, maps, and suggestions to guide us around Budapest. We also appreciated the excellent service in the restaurant. The room including the bathroom was spacious and clean. Only complaint was the lack of air circulation which made the room too warm for comfortable sleeping.

Hotel baru yang baru dibuka. Lokasinya sekitar 1 km dari Stasiun Barat Budapest dan stasiun kereta bawah tanah sekitar 800 meter dari hotel. Ada banyak gedung apartemen baru di dekatnya. Kamarnya agak kecil, tetapi beberapa kamar memiliki balkon dengan kursi dan meja. Kamar saya memiliki pemandangan sungai yang indah. Sarapannya tidak banyak variasi, tetapi jus detoks bayam, telur goreng, dan jamur tumis dipikirkan dengan matang dan itu luar biasa.

Hotel ini adalah hotel paling kotor yang pernah saya kunjungi dan karyawan terburuk yang pernah saya lihat di suatu tempat. Ketika saya tiba, saya meminta body lotion kepada mereka karena kosong dan ketika karyawan itu datang, dia berkata, "Besok pekerjaan mereka selesai" Juga, keesokan harinya saya keluar dan kembali dan itu belum dimasukkan. 2 Karyawan makanan laki-laki sangat buruk ketika saya datang ke sana. Ketika saya datang, dia bertanya kepada saya, "Apakah Anda akan sarapan Tentu saja, saya datang ke ruang makan hanya untuk makan Saya telah mencoba Ritz Carlton di Budapest dan saya sangat merekomendasikannya. A modern, relatively new hotel that is situated a 10minute walk from the lehel ter metro station but in an otherwise peaceful and residential area. The room was perfectly comfortable and had a balcony overlooking the river. The tv in the room had chromecast. Good breakfast with long hours (even on workdays until 11 am).

The hotel is quite new. The rooms and infrastructure are a great full 4star experience. The atmosphere is somewhat businesslike but ok. Good breakfast but the lunch and dinner menu experience are definitely below standard. Staff and service are not bad but there is room for improvement here. A new hotel team but they need to get more in shape. If they address the weak spots in the right way, it will become a nice and solid hotel.

I dont often visit the city, but this hotel stay and the beauty and atmosphere of Budapest will definitely bring me back. Highquality hotel with comfortable rooms, helpful staff, and stunning views. The hotel is new and has been completed to a very high standard and with great care. The rooms are very comfortable, and the beds are very large and comfortable. The staff are sincere, friendly, and helpful. We were checked in early and upgraded to a balcony room recommended by the friendly staff. The service was excellent. The balcony view of the river is spectacular, with a large living area and a stunning sky bar.

The rooms are tastefully decorated with the most recent usb connections. The staff was attentive and went out of their way to assist us. The location is perfect, just 100 meters from the river cruises. The only downside is the proximity to the city center.

Lokasinya agak jauh dari kota, tetapi butuh waktu sekitar 20 menit berjalan kaki atau jika kaki Anda sehat, Anda juga bisa naik taksi. Segala sesuatu yang lain benar-benar layak untuk diacungi jempol! Layanan dekorasinya luar biasa! Nilai uang yang luar biasa! Ini jauh melebihi ekspektasi saya!
