Malgré que c’est situé un peu loin de tout ce guesthouse est parfait. Extrêmement propre, tranquille, chambre simple mais confortable. Nous avons même pu utiliser un petit micro onde pour notre souper. Je recommande sans aucune hésitation.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good Breakfast. Hot tub in scenic setting. The room with private bath and mountain view. The location was a little bit remote off a dirt road, which was not well maintained, but very scenic drive to get in there. Make sure you arrive in daylight. This was one of our favourite accommodations on our Ring Road tour. Hoped to see the northern lights, but got too good a rest. :)

Clean, quiet, and I really enjoyed not being in the city which made the stay feel more peaceful. This property was beautiful and we were able to see a pretty sunset while staying there. I appreciated that there were several windows in my room that opened. Bathroom was pristine and had a towel warmer. Snacks were left by the hotel upon arrival including water and fruit which was greatly appreciated after a long day! Breakfast was included in the stay and was exactly what we needed before a long day ahead. Staff was friendly and I would recommend anyone to stay here, I would 100% go back!

Wir waren eine Nacht im Lindarhóll Guesthouse und wurden wegen der Nebensaison sogar kostenlos upgegradet. Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig und abgelegen in wunderschöner Landschaft mit tollem Ausblick. Alles war modern und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war super und das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit mit vielen guten Tipps. Sehr empfehlenswert!

This was a great place to stay for a night while driving the ring road. Check in was super easy and everything was clean. Bathroom was very spacious. We especially loved the breakfast that was prepared.

Établissement charmant, en pleine nature. Le personnel est discret mais à disposition. Chambre confortable, plutôt bien insonorisée. Petit déjeuner très bien sous forme de buffet. Seul point négatif : comme il n’y a pas de cuisine, si vous voulez vous restaurer il faut faire 25 minutes de route jusqu’à la ville la plus proche, Egilsstadir. Sinon il y a juste un micro-ondes et une bouilloire à disposition

Lovely rural property, road is a little rough getting there, but very peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was perfect with an assortment of breads, fruit, delicious lattes, juices… The woman who was preparing breakfast was kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I just loved this place. We stayed in the room #7. New, clean, well decorated, quiet, peaceful. Very cool interacting with other guests during the delicious breakfast. Marcia, the Portuguese lady that works there was very kind and nice. We do recommend this place!

Wir haben hier eine Nacht verbracht. Das Guesthouse ist abgelegen und sehr ruhig. Wir haben die Nacht genossen. Das Bad haben wir noch mit anderen geteilt was völlig ok war. Es war alles sauber und süss eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war auch super. Tolle Gastgeber. Sehe zu empfehlen.

Guesthouse located on gravel road 15 min from ring road. We stayed 1 night in the smallest room with shared washroom which was simple and clean. Breakfast provided is simple.

Guesthouse in a rather remote location, nearest town seems to be Egilsstaðir and that's a half-hour drive away. Self check-in, you are given a code to access your room key. Breakfast is included. Staff kindly ask guests to not wear shoes in the house. Rooms are rather cramped, but clean, beds were comfy and curtains were blackout. Ambiance is somewhat lacking, the view is okay from the outside but there was construction right next to the house. Okay stop for the Ring Road for one night but consider other options.

Very cozy , literally in the middle of nowhere, suggest packing your dinner beforehand. The place is very tastefully decorated , clean and comfortable! We even spotted some faint northern lights a few days back at this location!
