The Reykyavik Burgiya was well located by the Marina and many bars and restaurants and tourist sites. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, particularly Giorgio at the front desk! Rooms on the harbor side were quieter than on the south (street) side and had a nice balcony view of the harbor from the fourth floor rooms.

Great location on the waterfront! Easy walk to shops, restaurants, and bars, but far enough outside of the main strip that the loud pubs don’t keep you up at night. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay here. We stayed 3 nights in May 2026. It is on the marina with beautiful views. It’s a shirt walk to lots of local cafes and eateries and around 10-15 mins to the centre of Reykjavik for shopping and bars. Just a 5 minute walk from bus stop 4 which is where we got picked up for tours and the airport. Would highly recommend!

We had an absolutely incredible stay in Reykjavik and could not have been happier with our experience at Reykjavík Marina - Berjaya Iceland Hotels. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The atmosphere was warm, stylish, and uniquely Icelandic, with beautiful design touches throughout the hotel. Our room was spotless, cozy, and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring Reykjavik. We loved being able to walk to restaurants, shops, the harbor, and many of the city’s attractions so easily. The views and overall ambiance made the entire trip feel magical. One of the highlights was the exceptional hospitality. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and eager to make our stay memorable. The hotel had such a relaxing and inviting vibe after long days of sightseeing and adventure. This hotel truly helped make our Iceland trip unforgettable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Reykjavik and looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and memorable place to stay!

Very clean and comfortable...good relaxation areas...excellent buffet style breakfast. Bar prices a little expensive, but that's the same for all of Iceland. Happy hour between 3pm and 6pm helps a bit. I would definitely stay here again though.

Clean and comfy room, within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to be locally! Only paid parking nearby was the only con; besides that the bar/restaurant was friendly, had good chill spaces for friends in the bottom floor, and a lovely view of the marina.

Our four-night stay at the Reykjavik Marina was excellent. Room was clean and neat, with many nice nautical touches. Plentiful HOT WATER! We paid extra for the breakfast buffet, and we didn't go hungry. Staff are friendly and helpful with whatever you need. We will certainly stay here again.

The room was absolutely beautiful and the TV worked! Great location...short walk to the restaurants, gift shops and bars. The free parking was a challenge as it is a small area (maybe 20-25 cars and is mostly full) but I as always able to get at least the last spot.
