Ace Farmhouse with Private Pool, Lawn and Gazebo

To ensure a safe and sanitary experience for all our guests, all parties must review and share our house rules for compliance:
1. No diving, eating, or drinking in the pool. Proper swimwear is required.
2. Kids must be supervised by parents in the pool; the host is not liable for injuries or accidents.
3. Shower before and after using the pool for hygiene.
4. No littering anywhere on the property, including the lawn, pool, kitchen, and wash sinks. Dispose of garbage properly in designated bins. Unexpected cleaning or trash removal incurs a fee of Rs. 2500 or 25% of the booking fee (whichever is higher).
5. Respect the night-time noise curfew (10 PM to 7 AM), no firecrackers allowed.
6. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by adults; the host is not responsible for incidents.
7. Do not rearrange furniture, BBQ grill, or amenities without host permission.
8. Check-in after 2 PM and check-out by 10 AM. Please turn off AC, Air Coolers and Fans when leaving. We kindly ask that you avoid removing or taking any items from the property.
9. Extend check-out time if available; additional charges apply.
10. No smoking inside; use open areas only. Smoking indoors incurs a Rs. 5000 charge.
11. Extra guests from original booking count pay Rs. 1000 each directly to the host.
12. No illegal activities or substances on the property; guests are responsible for any damage. By law we are required to report any suspicious activities to local authorities.
13. No drinking or smoking, guest must comply with Telangana State age or other limits; no eating or drinking in bedrooms, and the host is not liable for incidents.
14. We kindly request that you treat our property caretaker with respect, as any mistreatment will not be tolerated.
