Toooo good, highly recommend this place for a staycation. Beautiful heritage property, quiet environment, amazing staff and hospitality, all staff greets you with a smile always and is there to help you. Shivendra was always one call away. Food was amazing, rooms and stay beautiful. Must visit!

I felt like royalty. This place is neither too small nor too big. Just perfect for an intimate holiday. The room is the best I've been in. The meals are amazing. The staff would do anything for you. Just loved it.

We had a fabulous time at the hotel! The regal suite was great and the staff were amazingly hospitable. The spa was also good and overall, we enjoyed our stay. Grateful to all the people at the hotel who made it memorable. The property itself is gorgeous but it's the people working there that truly make it amazing. Looking forward to returning!

Endroit exceptionnel. L'accès n'est pas facile, mais cela en vaut la peine. Personnel très bien formé, accueillant. Équipements bien entretenus. Il faut juste prévoir des panneaux de direction dans le château, on s'y perd !

Excelente hotel ao nível de um bom Hyatt. Aproveitamento excelente de um forte antigo com um enquadramento maravilhoso. Suites lindas e espaçosas com casa de banho fabulosas. Restaurantes muito bons. Piscina localizado na base do forte e muito bem enquadrada no cenário. Staff muito prestável. Imperdível

All the best, most extraordinary adjectives & phrases apply to describe Alila Fort. Majestic, awe-inspiring, other-worldly, epic, off the charts, over the top - fairytale-like! There for a wedding we were exposed to the most amazing property I’ve ever experienced in terms of the buildings, grounds, & views. The variety of event spaces & food, the exquisite attention to detail & the staff’s devotion to their guest’s needs; were all next-level. We had the good fortune to stay in two different types of rooms while there, both pleasing from any & every perspective: the comfort of the beds, the bed linens, the toiletries in the bathrooms (eco friendly materials & unique designs), the rain showers & room amenities (French press coffee, fine China tea cups), the lounging pillows, views & vantage points from the multiple windows … it was all just stunning & spectacular. I think my only difficulty was finding somewhere to hang freshly pressed clothes that exceeded the height of the space in the closets. Hardly a drawback! I loved the bathrooms with shower stalls & separate tubs, the towels were thick & absorbent, the vanities had drawers & plenty of counter space. Each rooms stunning dark woods & plaster walls evoked ‘exotic’. Centrally mounted TVs were behind doors where coffee & more space & a safe. Ironing board & iron, hair dryers … you need not bring anything. The wait staff were truly a joy & delighted in introducing local delicacies. Just an amazing place!

Well it’s obvious that the unique aspect is that it’s an old fort. They did a great job of making it something functional and comfortable despite what I assume were some major challenges.

We stayed at the Alila Fort Bishangarh during the Holi Weekend in March 2020, for 2 nights. This Fort is a 4 hour drive from Delhi, and 1 hour from Jaipur. We were a big group, and had 5 rooms. On checking in, we were led to our rooms from the service elevator, since that was wheelchair accessible. 2 rooms were upgraded for us, which turned out well, since we had a 1 year old baby with us, who enjoyed the extra space. The rooms are nicely furnished. Being Women's day on the day of the checkin, we were given 50% discount for women at the spa, and free lunch. The lunch at the poolside was traditional Rajasthani style. There is also a play room near the poolside which our 1 year old baby enjoyed. The pool itself is also for a swim. We had breakfast in the outdoor balcony on the 2nd floor, instead of indoors on the 4th floor. The food is excellent, with great service. We also had dinner on the rooftop on the 6th floor, which was excellent. Being the Holi weekend, there was a great arrangement to see Holika Dahan, with traditional Rajasthani dances on the evening before Holi. There was complimentary tea and snacks on offer. The next day there was a great Holi celebration in the greens, with kite flying, organic dry colours, Rajasthani dances, drinks and lunch. Special thanks to Sachit, Jitendra, Abhisek and Manpreet for making our stay extremely comfortable and memorable!!!!

The absence of a typical reception area and an arrival area instead with a no office setup we thought was unique. The hospitality bowled us over and the food was out of the world. Nothing to dislike here.

I absolutely had a great time at Alila Fort Bishangarh. The hotel is cleverly converted from an old fort which gives us a feel of medieval time. The view from the top is marvelous. The highlights are rooftop restaurant where you can see panoramic view of this small town and infinity pool with the fort as a background.

The property is well maintained and the rooms are spacious. Although we liked the hotel and amenities, our check in was delayed and our check out was hurried. We received the calls to confirm the check out time atleast 3 times during our 1 night stay at the hotel, even though we’d already asked to checkout at 12.30 pm.

We were offered a room upgrade and were asked to wait sometime. After 40 mins, we were told it'll take another 30 mins at least. This was when we can requested for an early check-in already. They have open reception concept - so we had to wait outdoor in hot and humid weather which wasn't ideal either. Later we were given an upgrade to a room that was outside the fort -- had no staff to assist in that area, and every request took 20 mins. Given we were 3 adults in single room, the room had amenities for just 2 -- we weren't even given any additional bedding, and were asked to use the couch as a result had a terrible back pain. We paid around 10k INR additional for extra guest in room -- but seemed like a complete waste! We went for a birthday celebration and were offered "complementary cake" which we never got - worse, no one even bothered to check if it was delivered. The food and pool were the only great things! Restaurant staff were nice. The hotel management staff and facilities were poor -- nothing compared to even other normal 5 stars, let alone a luxury one.
