AMMU'S HOME STAY provides an authentic homely stay

RULES & REGULATIONS
1. Check-in Time – Guests are requested to check in after 3:00 PM only.
2. Check-out Time – Guests are requested to check out before 10:00 AM.
3. Food, Snacks, Smoking & Drinking – Strictly prohibited inside the homestay. These are permitted only in the designated outside room on the ground floor or in the courtyard.
4. Alcohol-Related Cleaning – If any guest vomits due to overconsumption of alcohol within the premises, a minimum cleaning charge of Rs. 1000/- will be applied by the management.
5. Energy Conservation – Please switch off all electronic appliances when not in use.
6. Damage to Property – Any damage to property, appliances, furniture, etc., will be charged to the guest as per management’s assessment.
7. Campfire & Music Timing – Allowed strictly up to 11:00 PM as per district administration guidelines.
8. Noise Control – Loud music or noise is not permitted inside the house, but allowed near the campfire area or courtyard.
9. Cleanliness – Please do not litter the premises; use the dustbins provided.
10. Drying Clothes – Towels and wet clothes must be dried only in the designated open area on the 1st floor.
11. Footwear Policy – Outdoor footwear must be left outside the homestay.
12. Decorations/Fixtures – Do not affix anything to walls, ceilings, furniture, doors, etc.
13. Meals on Request – Food can be served if requested at least one day in advance (charges apply).
14. Guest Cooking – Dinner – The outside kitchen can be used for dinner preparation at Rs. 500/- per night.
15. Groceries – Guests must arrange their own groceries and vegetables for self-cooking.
16. Kitchen Cleaning – If the kitchen is used, all vessels must be washed and neatly placed after use.
17. Campfire Charges & Duration – Campfire available for up to 2 hours (before 11:00 PM) at Rs. 600/-, subject to weather conditions.
