The Aesthetics: Choosing a new property paid off. Having a clean, well-maintained room right next to the ghat is the gold standard for a Haridwar stay. The Service: Despite the initial delays, it's great to hear the staff stepped up. A team that "raises the bar" can often turn a frustrating check-in around. The Hurdles Accessibility: The classic Haridwar struggle! Most properties near the Har Ki Pauri or the main ghats are inaccessible by car. For future trips, a quick call to check on "last-mile connectivity" can help manage expectations. The Wait: A long wait for a room after a tiring drive is never ideal. It’s a good thing the food was there to save the day! Tech Blackout: While "no power" is a common explanation, it’s a bit unusual for a modern hotel not to have a backup generator for basic Wi-Fi and TV. Then again, being next tthe Ganges without a screen might have been a hidden blessing for the soul. A Quick Tip for Next Time If you return to Haridwar, check if the hotel offers a pick-up service from the parking lot. Many premium properties near the ghats have their own dedicated e-rickshaws to ferry guests and luggage through the restricted zones. It’s a new property that is very fresh and clean to stay with. It’s got all good amenities including AC, hot water, good content on TV, clean and comfortable linen. It’s only 15 mins walk from Har ki Pauri. The staff is very friendly and we’re accommodating with dietary needs of kids. They could do a bit better on breakfast experience but the staff tried to help when any additional request was made.

My stay at the property was truly very nice. The staff was exceptionally well-trained and also very friendly, making the experience enjoyable 😊. The food was absolutely fantastic 😋. I stayed with my mother and sister, and they also greatly enjoyed the property and expressed a strong desire to return soon 👍❤️.

Helpful folks- they saw I was with my Father (79) and was struggling to find a place to wait until 2 PM (their check in time)….and helped with an early check in at 11 AM! Staff was very helpful overall, food was ok but the portions were generous. If you are not from India, you’ll not like the food- its all Indian stuff and heavy on oil. Parking was a major bummer. They claimed they had a tie up with a garage, my driver could never find the place and the hotel staff couldn’t share location via maps. We ended up paying for the car parking for two days. Also, the hotel is in a small lane on a small street. Getting there is a nightmare, and once you park, you’d not want to touch the car until your departure. All things considered, it was an ok stay- could have been better had they fixed the parking woes.

Fine place for the cost. Still needs more attention to details as cleanliness (a bit better) , choices of breakfast to cater to foreign tourists and more local information. It looked new and with basic hotel experience. The personnel did their best and were quite friendly and service oriented.

Clean rooms. Great staff. Not too close to everything but that could be a plus since it’s close to the train station. Too many dogs barking at night but that’s not a blemish on the hotel. Overall I would recommend.

The breakfast was an apology No fruit juices and very limited range of fruits. The breakfast has fried and greasy stuff like puri or bhaturas. South Indian food like idlis are hard and too small. Even the electric toaster is not automatic. Very disappointed with the breakfast offered. We had breakfast for three days and every day was disappointing. It's also overpriced
