The property is on the beach and is clean. Staff is very friendly and cooperative, the food was limited but good.

We reserved 2 nights direct with the property for knot inch breakfast, which I thought was reasonable considering we were promised a beachfront villa! Yes, it's minutes from the alley backwaters, so you can have the best of both worlds seabeach houseboat! Go my. Arun is a local knowledgeable man who well understood our requirements and was pleasure to chat with for hours on our private sitout in the verandah of I cottage. The food was really good, fresh caught sea trout wrapped in banana leaf smeared with herald masala, fresh calamari with fat local herald rice! We stayed at the alabama cottage which I assume is the largest among all. The view of the water from the cottage was compromised with local fishermen boat nets and stacks of dried palm leaves when compared to uninterrupted views from some other cottages occupied by other guests. But the size of our cottage in addition to an extremely large semi-open ensure with open to sky shower reminded me of Bali, allowing us to witness the fishermens routine witnessing what was their catch of the day unloading just in front of us became an additional experience. The dedicated staff cleaned the outside open areas regularly of all dried leaves etc. Our private sitting area was not cleaned until requested, which requires management attention. Throughout our stay, we spent two days at Azure tides. The employees working at the housekeeping were exceedingly helpful and competent. The ocean was unrestricted for fishing, therefore we missed the fishermen bringing in their catch. The beach is pristine, and you can simply stroll into it at any moment.. Arun, Arun, Unni, and a few other pleasant individualswho contributed greatly to our wonderful experience. Even the smallest requests are always welcomed and answered. Thank you, real! All of the villas possess the beachfront area, which is nicely furnished in a rustic herald oldworld ambiance. It is big enough to accommodate even five individuals. Alabama has a large bay window, a lovely open walledin toilet, and other details that add to its charm. It is both impeccably safe and private. Its all villas have wellkept sitouts and plenty of beach chairs in case you wish to sway around. Good food was provided, although a little spicy for the kids, but as a coastal herald we can anticipate the hot flavors, the beach is pristine and you can stroll into it anytime. Very private.. For a short distance, you may stroll along the beach to both sides. In the mood for exercise. The staff is excellent at hand and always accommodating even the smallest demands

A place that will stay in forever! Helpless and wonderful! I will always be grateful for their courteous and helpful assistance! The management of the property is so meticulously maintained. Outstanding herald cuisine, a spotless beach, spotless rooms, a traditional herald wooden roof, and an incredible bed structure are all excellent features! Imagine staying 10 meters from the waves and it's easy at Azure. That's what I think is called a beach resort, but it's true. In the end, this beachfront cottage with a garden, delicious food, and friendly service is one of my favorite picks. It's perfect for all ages and abilities.

We had a trip with my 11 month old son. Initially, they took us to a room. The bed had lizard droppings, and the floor was sticky. We requested the room to be cleaned. However, the staff member was very rude. I saw lizard droppings all over the extra bed provided, which was very dirty. I was astounded as I explained before that this was for my son. They took us to another room the following morning. We asked to clean the room again. But the proprietor was cleaning and said it was tough to maintain. Reptiles were also less than in the first room than in the first. Yes, I'm not exaggerating. The bathroom is open air. The only thing to look at is the view. The view was breathtaking, and the food is excellent. Another aspect is that the resort has to almost improve. See if they are charging such a high price per day. They must make an effort to give maintenance some time.

Nous avions un bungalow de luxe qui était très grand et très bien situé. Le seul bémol est c'est qu'une clôture toute déglinguée obstruait la vue sur la mer. Il y aurait ici matière à amélioration. Le check-in est rapide et le personnel est serviable. Cependant le service aux tables laisse à désirer. Jamais on s'enquiert à savoir si le repas nous plaît , une fois servi on ne revoit plus le serveur, on doit courir les serviettes de table etc. La plage est propre et est limitée par des brises lames de pierre qui rendent les longues marches difficiles. Les petits-déjeuners sont un peu décevants. Toutefois l'endroit est reposant et confortable. L'accueil est chaleureux et pour qui veut relaxer c' un hôtel recommandable.

Inconsistencies in the quality of the rooms at the same price. Unfortunately I was out in a "deluxe 1 bedroom studio" on arrival the curtain rail fell clean off the wall, there was a massive hole in the wall, cockroaches in the bathroom and stains on all the upholstery. Looked absolutely nothing like the photos. When I enquired they assured me this was the correct room. They moved me to another room of the same class which was infinitely better and was the same cost. A few other people there mentioned the same. Strange. Great location but the standards of the a lot of the rooms appear not up to scratch. Avoid if you don't want to play roulette with the rooms you may or may not be booked into!

Le personnel de l'établissement est aux petits soins ce qui est le point positif, malheureusement il y a trop de détails qui font que le prix justifié pour la chambre, n'est pas juste. Des travaux juste devant notre chambre qui nous ont empêché de profiter de la terrasse, la salle de bain avec de nombreux câbles apparents et inesthétiques, le spa, lui aussi cher pour ce qu'il propose. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, le dîner assez ordinaire. Bref, un prix par nuité trop élevé par rapport aux prestations proposées.
