We didn't anticipate great things, especially since we've been traveling extensively in India. With lovely tiles and a kettle for tea and coffee, the room was incredibly spacious. The room and bathroom were filthy, and there were holes in the sheets, soiled towels, and a single toast and jam for breakfast. The personnel were pleasant, but not particularly useful in the area. Avoid their taxi fare advice, rather, use a meters because it was less than half the price they advertised. The hotel is strategically located for coladas.

I have stayed here twice recently, from 1501 to 2001, it's wonderful. The room is comfy and relaxing with cable connection, excellent wifi, and friendly staff. Visitors are welcome here unlike other hotels. Will definitely come back.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The rooms, bathroom, and hallways were dirty and not great, the price was worth it, this is what I expected. The air conditioning in my room was satisfactory, but the air conditioner in my friend's room did not work. I switched rooms and found the air conditioner in his room was good. I would suggest this place.

In July, we stayed here for four nights, and we had a fantastic experience. Its in a sizable structure named avatar mansion that is located on the corner of Heira Road and Colada Causeway, in the center of Colada Causeway, in a very strategic and convenient location, near to everything in the center of Colada. We were given a sizable corner room with a balcony in one direction and a window to the street in another. A large, roomy double bed, a small single buddy bedsofa, and a small table with two chairs in the room. A sizable closet dresser with both cabinet drawers and cupboard doors, a big rack with hangers for clothes, and a large mirror outside. Large flatscreen TV and satellite box with hundreds of channels most indian and international english channels, as well as French and German channels. Streaming video content was possible without any issues, but there were some difficulties with FaceTime and skype video calls. A simple standard we chair with a water handle to use instead of toilet paper was provided as well as toilet paper. Likewise, fresh towels are provided. A large plastic bucket in the bathroom for laundry. A small balcony with rain cover offering a view of Colada Causeway Street, as well as a railing with hangers to place wet laundry

The location is ideal, right on the Coloda Causeway. The lack of signage made it challenging to find! If you have a SIM card, this would be beneficial. They will gladly arrange for you to pick up you if you are nearby. A family of three can comfortably fit in an enormous space. There is a private toilet that is outside the room, which may be a little cumbersome, but there are no problems with the price. Would encourage backpackers and families looking to explore Coloda to do so. You can easily ride a bus from here to other Mumbai neighborhoods if you so desire!.
