There are a lot of plus points of staying at this hotel. First, the location. The property is located in front of the Lakdi-ka-pul metro station. All the outstation buses as well as the bus to Ramoji Film City is at the hotel’s doorstep. Second, good food. Our package included morning breakfast and they have a variety of options to choose from. We stayed there for 5 days and were never bored of the food. Third, cleanliness. The rooms were super clean, and the housekeeping staff ensures that they do this on a daily basis without you having to request for it. Fourth, service. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. If you need help with directions, shopping, travel, they are always ready to help. They even helped us change our room in 15 minutes since we were unhappy with the first room they had provided. Lastly, it is conveniently located at walkable distance from attractions and restaurants like Birla Temple, Cafe Niloufer, Shah Ghouse, etc. We had an amazing overall experience and never felt unsafe at any point during our stay in Hyderabad.

Central location for visiting Charmina Pearl market, Shabdab for best Briyani. The Fort was well worth a visit with the night laser show. Hotel on site Restaurant was very good value for choice, taste and service. Hotel staff were very helpful. Room was clean and bed comfortable.

Liked: 1. Bed and room was maintained very nicely. 2. The hot water kettle was very useful at night. 3. Breakfast spread and the dinner in Four Square was very good. 4. Location was very convenient for travel. Did not like: 1. Hot water was available only in the basin and that too only in the morning. This was brought to the notice of the staff but there was no change.

This place is centrally located in the heart of Hyderabad City, Telengana State. India. The rooms are spacious, clean and well kept by the Housekeeping. Reception staff needs bit of professional training. Restaurant serves excellent Breakfast Buffet. One can enjoy variety of South Indian and Continental breakfast. The Restaurant staff are excellent in their service and the food taste superb. If you are on pleasure or business trip, one should try this place and I am sure you would love make this Hotel as your favorite choice always.

My stay at Best Western Ashoka (Lakdi ka Pul) was one of the main highlights of my visit to Hyderabad. The hotel is centrally located, extremely easy to find and there are plenty of autos available as soon as you step out. The rooms were spacious, the beds were very comfortable and the linen was very clean. Every single staff at the hotel was very courteous and ever willing to help. Their room service was very good and their housekeeping staff did an excellent job every single day. The in-house restaurant served up excellent buffets. I would definitely recommend their buffet dinner, which was very reasonably priced and delicious. Their breakfast buffet was complimentary and included a generous and tasty spread of continental as well as Indian dishes. The fresh fruit juice was an added bonus every morning during breakfast. The restaurant manager and staff were extremely courteous and served us well. A special thank you to the warm and welcoming reception staff who made sure we were happy and comfortable during our entire stay. Every single staff at this hotel deserves an applause for their brilliant work and commitment towards making Best Western Ashoka the very BEST indeed.

I have booked this place through Best Western Hotel. I had a great experience with all the personnel and especially the hotel housekeeping staff. All housekeeping staff are good and supportive. They offer the best service in housekeeping, especially for Mama Madam and Madhu.
