I stayed with my family including my mom dad and we all were very happy with the stay. The food was really good, especially chana paneer masal and dal dhaba. The front office staff is very helpful, special mention to Ms Nidhi (FO manager) and Sandeep (FO desk) for helping us out whenever we had any issue. I would recommend this property if you are looking for a value for money hotel with comfortable stay and good food options

Great hotel, would recommend. Beeakfast was if good quality. We stayed only 1 night but had a an overall goid experience. As we arrived late to chdck in we ordered room service food which was excellent. Checkout was straight forward. Had a great nights sleep

It was a very comfortable stay. Some suggestions - the bathrooms could have somekind of exhaust or a way to spike up the fan mode of the AC duct so that the air exchange is better in the bathroom, the bedside reading lights could be more luminous or focussed. Overall, I would prefer to stay in this hotel on any further visits to this city, I was very satisfied. Thanks

Best Value for Money in Best Western. Great staff and service (even the restaurant guys called us at 10:15am to remind that the breakfast closes at 10:30am. Immediate deliveries by room services and house keeping. Staff well mannered and knowledgeable about the surroundings.

The family had an early morning checkout prior to the start of the scheduled breakfast timings however complimentary continental breakfast was served in the room. Taxi was kept ready to take us to the airport as planned. We had dinner had the restaurant and it was good. Overall a pleasant experience for a one night's stay. This hotel keeps meets with the expectations of staying at a Best Western hotel. Checkin and Checkout was seamless. The time taken to the airport was 15 minutes which made it in ideal location for an early morning departure.

Well maintained rooms. Room service is prompt. Value for money. Far from city centre hence not for people who want to visit the city but would like to bypass it. For instance we found it suitable as we were on road to Manali.
