Hotel is centrally located. Staff at the reception and restaurant is very friendly and helpful. Restaurant area needs to be maintained clean. Quality of food is good.

Overall, our stay was wonderful and unforgettable. My colleague Raina and the front desk personnel were so courteous, accommodating, and kind. Early check-in was available but with prior information. The rooms are good, clean, and spacious. Breakfast was good. Some may think they have less options, but the quality and taste are excellent. The front desk arranged a local sim card for the hotel. Moreover, he helped me arrange a taxi for a jammy at a reasonable cost. The only drawback was that the wifi was not working in the first hour due to a malfunction, but it was fixed.

The atmosphere was lovely and comfy while staying in this place. The ambiance was very cosy with good service and decor. The room was clean and well-kept with all the amenities. The staff was very pleasant, effective, and helpful. The room has a writing desk, tea and coffee maker, mini fridge, a small fridge, closet storage, and enough clothes hangers. Toilet has glass enclosed bath and shampoo, body wash, and moisturiser as well. The towels and linens were tidy. The bathroom also has a glass enclosed shower area and shower kits shampoo, body wash, and moisturiser. Early check-out and late check-out were available without any issue, each case lasting over an hour. The food is great with garlic, the concept menu, and the waiters here are also very polite, attentive, and efficient. Buffet breakfast is included in the deal and is reasonably priced and has a decent spread.

Our recent visit put this hotel in the bottom half of the list. The front desk and front desk employees all behaved pretty well. They are in the hospitality industry and need to be more polite. They should at least grin. They may use some industry specific training. The restaurant was excellent, and the quality of the food was also excellent. At 5 in the morning on a special request, they served us a very light breakfast and tea, which was also freshly prepared. Even so, for a single day, the supper was prepared and prepared at 2 am. The kitchen staff was present, and with the limited quantity of ordered items, he served excellent. I truly liked the kitchen crew's attitude. The cleanliness was awful. If you remain for two consecutive days, they do not clean the room nor do the make up of it. This is a very awful and deplorable attitude from hotel management. They have the master key to all rooms, as do other hotels do, but they still do not clean the room. Any hotel should follow this basic and greatest practice. One of the worst experiences we ever had that night was this. The property is in a convenient location. The rooms are tiny. There is no twin shared bed, so please do not do so according to the description provided on third-party service provider sites, which is not suitable for the group or when you are not traveling with your family. Located on the main road, well maintained, hotel staff are always eager to go above and beyond their line of duty to make you feel like royalty, needed a new sim, quick response from reception, delicious breakfast, lack of variety, well over compensated for taste, should not miss breakfast, low price, cab arranged to and from the base station for climbing to Naisho Devi, no additional charge. Book the room on the back side if possible, you will see the mountain which is the abode of Naisho Devi, we will soon visit and recommend others.

A very pleasant stay, clean rooms, prompt room service, fantastic food, recommended for families and couples. The location is perfect in the middle of the market and approachable from both old and new katra routes.
