The best part is the friendly and professional staff members. Also the property is gorgeous! We had our own bungalow and loved the privacy. Pool is big and lots of greenery on prem. Lovely stay! Also walking distance from bus depot to go into Periyar National Forest.

The room was spacious, the spread of breakfast was good, hygienic, toilet needs to be upgraded probably more , for elders it would be sightly a hassle due to the terrain it self. My mother, mum in law ,wifey and daughter enjoyed the massage experience. Overall the place was comfy to stay. Will come back again in the future if there is a chance.

The nature helps sing you to sleep. Travelled during COVID so it does have limited services right now, however you can get the accommodations in the city around the corner.

This place is really worth to stay at if you want to see something different. It is located near the priya sanctuary bus service. There is a lovely location, with friendly employees. They serve expensive food. The rooms are also of high quality, with beautiful herbs and gardens. They also provide a spa deal. But the food we got is also very tasty.

I would strongly suggest this resort for both personal and business travel. We reserved the entire resort because a group of about 100 people checked out there. The property was beautiful and great, in an ideal position. The resort is designed with an elevated view, giving it a pleasant view from most rooms. All rooms were roomy and comfy, most importantly, it was very neat and clean, and even the pool was immaculately kept. The food was delicious and fresh. The staff members were kind and helpful, they were able to handle such a large crowd and were always supportive of any request we had. I was astonished to see that there were no false promises in the end, especially my Saravanan sales team, who was the point of contact, and his followup and support until the conclusion of the trip were excellent. Next, I'll address my Marchese resort manager and Mara Tanya, who made sure our comfortable stay at the resort. Checking was done before we arrived, and it was useful for our employees to head directly to the room on arrival.

The atmosphere in Cardamom County is quite good. There was a good and pleasant stay. Surrounded by mountains and forests, the ideal place to enjoy nature. This place is also very close to a bus stop and boat parking, which adds an advantage.

This is my first time visiting this resort. The resort has so much greenery. And then, the front desk staff was very helpful. After that, the cottages were so wide. Besides that, they provided wonderful accommodation for us three. The final point is that these cottages are also so special.

The Cardamom County Resort is in the heart of family town, making it an excellent choice. The staff is extremely polite and eager to assist. Thank you to Savanna Chandra for facilitating and completing my reservation. Avavanan was able to immediately answer all of my inquiries. Tanya from the resort welcomed us warmly when we arrived. She was very responsive, and our checking went without a hitch. Tanya and the rest of the front desk staff went above and beyond to assist us in making our stay both memorable and wonderful. The team provided exemplary service and helpfulness! I had the pleasure of living here. Family town is very close by. The property is close to the family town. A sanctuary of pieces with cottages scattered around the hillside. You get a sense of being very close to nature because it is nicely kept. A beautiful resort with a beautiful setting and a lovely setting can all be seen from the rooms, eatery, and public services. I couldn't imagine it being so close to the main road, so the atmosphere and warmth are all wonderful. The cuisine was excellent. I was given a relaxing and rejuvenating experience by using the ayurvedic massage and spa service, where I had a relaxing experience. Tanya and the whole cardamom county resort group deserve praise. If you are short on time, my 1 line summary - "Good 3 Star Hotel, very disappointing 4 star hotel; staff courtesy & service are their only redemption" The mattresses were horrible, we were a family of 6 and stayed at the property 3 nights. All of us suffered from back pain. Due to our travel dates (christmas), we ended up paying ~1.5 x - 2 x what the normal rates are. This left a sour taste as for its usual rates, the property and its amenities are great, but it is a let down for the rates we paid. They had a good spread for the lunch & dinner buffets, they could do well with the addition of a few more local fruit and food varieties for breakfast. The staff is very accommodating and cordial, kudos to them for making our stay better with their kind words.
