My flight from Delhi was delayed, so I arrived at the hotel just as the kitchen was about to close, but upon my request they waited for us to eat dinner. The taste was amazing. Even the Indian was one of the best I've ever had. Pagan at the front desk was excellent at serving. Warm and helpful. Breakfast spread was also good. The rooms were spacious and tidy with all modern conveniences and a heritage touch. It's not a heritage hotel. Great stay after a long day. Thank you team casino hotel.

After a lengthy journey, we arrived at the hotel and was optimistic that this 5-star hotel would bring amazing things, but after a sound nights sleep, we were extremely dissatisfied. The bathroom was similar to the 23-star hotels we had stayed at goa 20 years ago, and the rooms on the second floor were dingy and outdated. A comfy bed was the saving grace. The kettle broke, and it was replaced with another broken kettle because there was no safe in the room. The bar area and the staff were excellent. The pool area was welcoming and pleasant to relax for a while, and the pool area was pleasant and comfortable to lounge. Apart from that, I struggle to say anything more positives. With the exception of the bar staff and the gentleman who welcomed us in the car and picked up our bags, Sudarsunan, we discovered a large portion of the personnel, particularly in the restaurant. The meals were at best average, and the hotel is in the center of an industrial area, with few options to go out and eat. At the end of our tour, when we returned to the hotel, we were given a room on the ground floor, which appeared to be an upgrade on our previous room, but still not 5, even if it took into consideration the local culture.

From Dec to Jan., we stayed at the hotel. We were given enough information on dos and do nots by the hotel. This hotel was very friendly and helpful at check-in. The check-in process went smoothly, and we were given an early check-in time. The room was tidy and spotless, and the extra bed was provided as requested. The housekeeping was excellent. Although certainly a bit pricey, the meal was delicious. The swimming pool was the only drawback, and it was not accessible for the just evening and early morning. It was a really useful experience for everyone, except for that. Thank you to the helpful and friendly staff at the hotel!.

At this place, I want to wish you a nice vacation to your family. You will not regret this experience. During my stay here, I had a pleasant experience. On wellington island, a welcoming, friendly hotel. It was close enough to my cousins Fort on the ferry, yet it was quiet and traffic-free because it was on an island that is primarily a naval base. if you want to travel long distances to eat out and other places, you will require your own automobile. Excellent cuisine and friendly and helpful service. If you want to go far, you will need a vehicle. Try both the restaurants that are on-site, both are excellent. Clean, maintained pool.
