Chitrakoot Resort is situated amidst the beautiful scenery, good and great service, nice hospitality, and tasty meals, especially thanks to my Prakash Sharma who is a guest of this resort, they have very good service in every area. Now I will always come here when a pusher comes.

The hotel staff are excellent and incredibly helpful. During my tour of the city, hitech shada provided us with excellent advice, and he ensured that all our needs were attended to. Nonetheless, the facility, particularly the cottages, is overpriced for what they provide or lack. The advertised amenities are simply not present! There is no internet, no tea or coffee making amenities in the room, and nothing except soap that I had to ask for. The channels occasionally function and other times just freeze. The menu items are overpriced, and given that you are far from the town, the options are limited. It is located in a peaceful area. In general, with a high standard of service, nothing outstanding and outrageously overpriced considering what this property provides!.

We had a great experience while staying here. For those who don't want to wait hands and feet, this hotel is for you. The manager is incredibly pleasant and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. The hotel has beautiful rooms and incredible views.

The place was peaceful, removed from the crowd, with an energetic, green and calming atmosphere. The service is good overall and a stunning sight for wedding and family stays. The pool is cleaned and daily fresh water fills.

We came to Pushkar for the camel festival. I should have never booked at this property in the first place, bc it’s outside of the city. There is nothing to walk to and we felt isolated. The property has a lot of grass and trees and is pretty in that aspect. It’s not too far from the city, but we didn’t have a car so we felt like it was in a remote area. I have no idea why it’s called a resort???? They have nothing to offer, but a place to sleep and a pool! I definitely wouldn’t want to eat there! One more thing, I was under the impression we were staying in the appartment-like rooms that actually have a view of the mountains, since I selected the option “Mountain View”. Instead we were in the much older cottage-style rooms at the front of the property. They are not at all nice on the inside. The Expedia pictures display something much better, than what we got! We were very disappointed and ended up paying for another hotel right in the city. It was very much worth it to leave!!
