What a view of the Ashtamudi River. We stayed in a hotel. Even though the room is quite small, you can take it for the direct view of the water. The view is available only to hotel units and floating cottages. Keep this in mind. The food and gastronomy were excellent. My chief chef, Suresh Annadurai, took personal attention, which was greatly appreciated. The restaurant service becomes a little slow with the increased crowds. good mix of south and north cuisine. A recreation facility is also adequate. It is indeed a large property. It was a thrilling speed boat ride. Checkout was slow. Housekeeping service was very prompt. In conclusion, this place is worth a visit!.

It's quite relaxing if you stay in Ashtamudi Club. Plus, the sound of the backwater is very soothing for your ears. Plus, the hospitality they provide here was very good.

I traveled with my family on September 24th through September 28th. A beautiful, well-kept property with beautiful lake views across the property. It had great, well-appointed, spacious rooms for a fantastic lake cruise and knowledgeable and welcoming staff leaf art during the trip was well praised by enthusiastic employees in the happy hub to ensure that the little tots are entertained and the pool was well-maintained. The unsatisfactory cleaning subpar shower gels not refilled before checking. Had to post several reminders for them to refill hand washing liquid and lotions not refilled. Two towels were kept by default for three of the three guests in the room, which required them to return two towels, each day for a minimum of 30 minutes. They will experience the third towel leakage in the bathroom, which required a plumber to fix the subpar, decent selection buffet meals, but poor service, which led to multiple reminders to refill items. There was no evening entertainment program or planned floating restaurant that wasn't operational, and there was no notice of the same before booking that included cookies and chocolates as part of the pre-booking.

We stayed for two days with the amazing view of the resort. Thank you so much Bharath and Rena for their help and a bit of decoration. Love the vibe of the room and the cleanliness of the room is great. I will be back soon.

We were a honeymoon couple and we were not given the category of room which we had asked for and booked for- floating room. Whilst booking we had called the hotel that we particularly want the floating room when booked with expedia but not given. Even the staff is lousy. Expedia staff kept calling the hotel but the night Reception staff kept hanging their phone without answering and finally kept the phone aside.spoiled our honeymoon plans.
