The hotel was clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean with a nice floor plan. The Resturant food and staff were also very good. I highly recommend this hotel for the price. Located near the entrance to the Taj Mahol.

this hotel is very close to the taj mahal, that's why we chose it. we were in 3 people, room was big enough for us and it seems to be a new hotel, quite modern for agra's standards. the roof top bar/restaurant could be better and more inviting...

Very Nice Hotel With Modern rooms and Restaurant , all the amenities in the room was New and Modern , food quality and service was excellent. Rooms were nice and clean , view of taj mahal from the Roof Top Restaurant was great excellent. Breakfast at Basement Restaurant was Very Enjoyable. Overall the stay was good and comfortable. We will definitely recommend this hotel to everybody.

We got warm welcome at Hotel Crystal In upon arrival , nice rooms , friendly staff , food quality & service is excellent. Friendly atmosphere like we are at Home. Roof Top Restaurant was Very Beautiful with view of Taj Mahal and Dinner at Roof Top was very nice experience. Cleaness & hygiene of rooms and all public areas was nice. Overall the stay was Very Comfortable and Enjoyable. We recommend this hotel to everyone.

Clean, modern hotel - and, by Indian standards, in a decent neighbourhood. The area is certainly safe as we walked around well after dark and felt perfectly relaxed. Whilst the hotel is 2km from the Taj Mahal, it is in fact only five minutes walk from the ticket office - and your Taj ticket includes a free transfer to the site as motor vehicles are not allowed within 2km of it, so this hotel is about as close as you can get. There's also a nice, modern shopping mall nearby with a few clean places to eat in.

The hotel is clean and nice. It is far from the city, which is fine for us cause we like to walk, but if you need to do sightseeing, you should expect a 20 minutes walk to and from the areas that are interesting in Agra. We walked also to Agra Fort, which is a long, but very lovely walk.

Generally our stay was pleasant. Rooms were small but clean. Air conditioning was very effective. Wi-Fi was effective. Buffet Breakfast service was good. Overall recommended for stay.

This hotel was in a great location for visiting the Taj Mahal and the facilities were in good condition. The only downside was the friendliness of some of the staff. All in all, not a bad place to stay, and a great price.

If you look for a quiet location in a good hotel 2 km from the East entrance to Taj Mahal, this is the place. Access along the Eastern road is an easy walk. New hotel provides good service and breakfast all for a reasonable price. Hot water and internet worked well.

The Hotel was clean and nice. The room were of decent size. The Bath room were clean. The only thing I did not liked about the hotel was the food that served at Dinner time.( it was very BAD) though the breakfast was good.
