7. Guests are expected to adhere to the check-in and check-out timings as specified by the host.

16. The accommodation requires a refundable security deposit of 7500 Rupees, which can be paid through agoda. The refund will be processed after the inspection of the property following the check-out.
1. The hosting property does not permit parties or events to be held on the premises.
17. To cover the maintenance and operational costs, there will be an additional charge of 200 Rs per person for accessing the pool (if it is functional)
6.Guests must report any damage or breakage to the host immediately and may be charged for such damages.
9. Guests are advised to take special care of their keys, as lost keys will incur a replacement fee.
18. We have a set up a lush green and beautiful terrace for our guests and our Gardener takes lot of efforts in maintaining same. Request you to please allow him access to terrace once daily at 12 pm during your stay. It helps us maintain this beautiful terrace for you.
15. Towels and linens will be changed every third day to conserve water. Thank you for your support in water conservation.
14. Housekeeping services include sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing on a daily basis
10.The use of illegal substances or any prohibited activity is strictly prohibited on the premises.
12. No amenities, such as towels, glasses, standing lights, Wi-Fi routers, linens, utensils, or furniture, should be taken out of the apartment.
11.Guests are not allowed to decorate or paste anything on the walls.
2. Guests are expected to observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, in consideration of the neighbors. Noise levels should be kept to a minimum during this time.
3. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight at the property. Any additional guests must seek prior approval from the host.
13. Kindly close all doors and windows upon leaving the premises.
