The breakfast was fresh but had it only once during our stay.. rooms were clean.There was flooding in the shower area which needed attention House .Staff Revathi and Sai were exceptional.. We received a birthday cake when we shared that a family member was celebrating a birthday..I suggest that a clock be present in the room. Scented air diffusion in the bathroom will be fantastic.We had to use one to overcome the bad odor for the toilet..At the time of check in I clarified that buffet dinner be added for two days only , but a third day was added initially and was later informed that it was corrected to two days, but did not reflect in the final check out bill.

I had an amazing stay at Fairfield Marriott Vishakhapatnam.The hospitality was great and excellent support staff members especially Sayan, Bijay, Kavya, Soma,Swapna, Sonia and Sukhendu.They really guided and helped for even very simple assistant required. Their responses and actions were very quick to you calls which I haven't seen elsewhere. Food, cleaness, atmosphere, ambience at the location all were in good terms.

Wine is ridiculously expensive in India, when asked to bring the cheapest, the waiter deliberately brought the most expensive, twice! That is our only complaint.

The room I took was nice, and the overall hotel was good. The service was exceptional (I checked in at 2am). Heads up, tourists should ensure they have their visa if from abroad. The room was clean, cool and the bed was excellent. I had a very good rest. The shower was in good working order and nice and large. The breakfast options were excellent. The checkout was easy and the same person from 2am was still there with a bright smile. Small picky details, although the room was nice, make sure you clean handles, mirrors, taps etc... to streak free shine. Dust the cupboard handles and skirtings in the room. Minor detail makes a big difference to some (and most Marriott hotels are really good). Note, still 5 star overall for my needs. The staff were excellent, and the small memento at the end was a nice touch. I will stay again.when back in the city.

Extreem comfortabel hotel, prima voorzieningen, geweldige service van medewerkers. Verder heerlijk bed en geweldig eten vanuit rijk voorziene buffetten. Locatie ideaal ten opzichte van vliegveld en uitvalswegen.

Comfortabel en gezellig hotel met uitstekend uitgebreide mogelijkheden voor diner, lunch en ontbijt. Compact hotel, niet te groot en ook niet te klein. Prima bedden en heerlijke douche.
