Excellent Room Service, Restuarant has to be still spacious

Fantastic location! It is located on one of the highest points of vagabondis. Villa was very spacious, with two bedrooms, attached toilets, drawing room, dining room, kitchen, upper deck with bunker beds, and balcony. Staff were courteous and gentle. The resort has a small trekking area in the center. For small kids, they provide a pony ride. If your food choice doesn't fit with their menu, staff will go extra. Cons: Resort is extremely expensive. The private road leading to the resort is in poor condition. The vehicle may be damaged during the manövering through the potholes. Almost nothing other than a mini trek through tea garden to spring is possible. It was promised a yoga session every day, but the staff said the teacher was off. Same was true with the mini theater. On both days of our stay, the internet was unstable. Food was most disappointing. The menu card only contains a few dishes with vegetable dishes. Even on the day of our departure, the spread was not ready even at 9 am. When asked, the staff said they were preparing lunch! A set of two poor and aloo bali cost. 200! Nonetheless, despite repeated inquiries regarding its rationale, they were generous and offered 50 discount. We have no other option than getting overcharged by resorts like foggy knoll until a property managed by reputed

Positives excellent location. It is situated on one of the highest points in vagabond. The resort has a tiny trekking area on its margin. They offer pony rides for tiny kids. Staff willing to go further if your food choice is not in line with their menu. The resort is inconvenient. The private road leading to the resort is in terrible shape. The vehicle may be damaged during maneuvering through the holes. There is little activity other than the mini trek through the tea garden to spring. It was told there would be yoga every day, but the staff said the teacher was out. The same was true of the mini theater. The net got stuck on both days of our stay. The food was the most disappointing. The menu card has only limited items, but few vegetables. Breakfast was official for 8 to 10 am, but nothing was seen before 9 am. On the day of our departure, the spread wasn't ready even at 9 am. On request, the staff said they were busy making lunch! The perfect word, they have two types of rooms one villa grd 1, with amazing appearance and great rooms, lots of plants because of the heights and all the amenities inside. Another is fantastic and wonderful. They have made different types of cave type I rooms, which give off the feeling of being in a cave great for the honey moon couple, the size of the rooms and bed and bathroom are worth a stay.

We stayed in family suite for a day and family villa for a day. Had a memorable stay. Amazing food and service. Amazing staff. We asked for keralite traditional food. They served it in the store. Certainly will recommend it to our family and friends..
