Staff are incredibly kind. When Hotels.com had not sent confirmation email they gave me a room and then resolved the conflict. Hallway carpet could be cleaner on third floor but the room was absolutely emaculate. Free breakfast with large variety was acceptable. Vegetarian selections were good.
