The property was good and staff was nice. But the view from the rooms is pathetic, the room I got had no view, in from of my window there was a wall so I got no view at all, and I wasn’t provided this information before booking. And when I checked with the hotel staff they just rudely said that you should’ve booked better class room, but while booking no where was this mentioned.

The stay was awesome. Rooms were spacious, well maintained property, staff was polite, helpful and too humble. Restaurant (Breakfast buffet) manager with a turban (forgot the name) was too nice and helpful. Sumit at the breakfast service showcased excellent service as well. He had a smile throughout. We enjoyed our stay.

Property is good. Room is specious and well maintained. Washroom is also very neat and clean and spic and span. Staff is polite and hospitality is wonderful. Our flight came early, but they gave us early check-in as per our request. Excellent experience.

I came from the UK and this hotel offered excellent service, it was clean, had an amazing roof top terrace and accommodated to all requests. The food was a bit bad for my stomach and it was close to an open drainage area so smelt from time to time
