The excellent service provided by the wonderful staff, praveen Singh and rupi, at the ginger hotel exceeded my expectations. They were attentive and helpful throughout my stay. Their positive attitude and professionalism undoubtedly made my visit more enjoyable. I heartily endorse the gait hotel for its outstanding service.

Ive been staying at ginger for 7 years, and its a really nice hotel. The security and safety are up to date, as is the hotel, which also belongs to tata, the parking is also good. Thank you, api praveen.

The hotel rooms are cozy. The staff is helpful and very polite. Although in a good location, i found the location not suitable if you are traveling by air because traffic congestion is severe.

I stayed here for 24 days. The service was excellent and the staff were exceptional, especially jitendra, vipin, and atlesh, who are housekeeping. Praveen, rooit, saladdin, appi, or rastmi who work in front of the office. Highly recommended place. Keep up the good work, guys. Will return shortly.

My stay at the ginger hotel was marked by excellent service and good food, thanks to the efficient staff, especially vipin and jitin, who were truly commendable in their roles. From the reception to restaurant, security to room service, the staff demonstrated great professionalism and provided excellent services. The room cleaning team ensured daily cleaning and promptly replenished water bottles. However, there was a small room, and the loud ambiance occasionally disturbed my sleep. Additionally, i noticed he had spotted spotting issues with the washrooms small water leak, which highlighted the need for some updates to this outdated building. A minor inconvenience was the absence of toothpaste in the room. Despite these issues, our experience at ginger hotels was generally positive, but the exceptional service from the employees made my stay all the more enjoyable.

The location is good and not too busy. The room is also good. Food and breakfast are good, the service provided by mr. Jitendra in the restaurant, api prveen rashmi was great. Overall the stay was excellent.

The hotel looks amazing, especially thanks to api garav and praveen. Also, as per the tata groups, it looks fantastic. The hospitality is excellent. All the things were excellent and the staff was very helpful. However, the only issue is that they charge extra for early checkin.

The hotel offers excellent service, particularly at the restaurant, especially with jitendra yadav, who provides calm and attentive service even during busy times. His patience is appreciated. The room is not good at all. However, the dining experience is good and the service is also good. Jitendra yadav has attended us very well for all our meals and his service was best. The bed size is too small that two people can sleep at once. Also the rooms smell. Receptionist behaves like he is doing a favor by providing u. Thank you.

The food was delicious, and the breakfast was also excellent. The service provided by the jitender was excellent, although it was too busy for me to wait 30 minutes for my food. However, the atmosphere was pleasant. You could make food delivery more quickly. Everything is fine overall. All of the staff members were exceptional, they were all extremely friendly.

The stay was enjoyable, although i would have appreciated more spacious rooms and a better breakfast. However, housekeeping manager neeraj and security guard ashay pal were exceptional. They always answered my questions, kept the room immaculate, and provided me with anything ive asked for.
