Room comfortable, good bed and bedding, A/C efficient and quiet, very good breakfast, helpful and friendly staff, very good restaurant, supervisor Narayan went out of his way to get an adaptor for my phone. Only down side: tv and wifi are useless.

Pros: the hotel offers excellent value for what it offers. The room is comfortable and quiet, the bed and bedding are very good, A/C quiet, shower good water pressure, very good breakfast (Indian and Western) and all the staff are super nice and helpful, especially the supervisor Narajan who went the extra mile for me. The restaurant serves very good and varied meals. Cons: useless wifi and tv

I wish my. Pawn all the best and the best in his business and life. This is a very low-cost hotel. All services are limited in quantity because hotel management prioritizes budgeting. Very little hotel, with small rooms, inadequate ventilation, and only one tiny elevator. The hotel's few benefits are the extremely polite personnel, who are always willing to make the most of any lack of resources provided by the management. The hotel is spotless, and room service is adequate. I want to give a special mention to my. Pawn, the guest support officer at the ginger hotel in Pondicherry. He is a wonderful person with soft spoken manners, respectable, modest, and courteous. He is continually ready to help and serve above his means. He is the ideal role model for individuals who wish him success in their careers and lives. He is skilled at converting guests' satisfaction into guests' ecstasy. He received even more than five stars from me.

I'm very pleased and relieved to be writing this review. On New Year's Eve, I visited Ginger Pondicherry with family. The staff was friendly and kind, and they genuinely made us feel at home. Everything about the room service, cleanliness, and cuisine is excellent. The buffet was tasty. Thank you, Pondicherry, team ginger.

Our 3-day stay at Ginger was really comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner buffet was very good and had a variety of dishes. manager, assistant manager, nalu das and all other staff from housekeeping, reception were very polite and did their best to make us feel comfortable. Thank you for making our stay comfortable.

This hotel has good service and an excellent housekeeping. It is close to several popular places in Pony, including my road, Rock Beach, etc. Please offer a free breakfast, because this will be much better for many customers. I highly recommend staying here

I give a rating of 5 for the ginger employees and their kindness. The key part is when we leave the hotel, and when we arrive in Mumbai, our husband told us that he had left his brand-new sketches shoes. They also set up a courier for us. The whole team and debate can give us a positive feedback about the service. But I'm not satisfied with the service. The employees here were so nice and helpful, particularly to Debate, Kuna, Pagan, and hail.
