I wholeheartedly endorse this location! This hotel is highly suggested! We spent the night at Go Palace because we unintentionally arrived in Jordan during a strike. The employees were incredibly considerate, even during a strike when it was more difficult to perform their best, and the rooms were tidy and comfortable, with piping hot showers. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was very attentive and attentive, even during a strike when it was more difficult to satisfy all of our requests. They speak excellent English and eagerly accommodated our needs. Because this was one of the most amazing accommodations, I accidentally left something in the room, which they discovered and sent it to my next destination.

A decent spread of breakfast, although only vegetarian. The rooms are spacious and clean. However, the bathrooms need urgent improvements. Towels should be replaced with new ones. Friendly staff but not very helpful. Located in the heart of the city. Bathroom floors are very slippery. There is also no hand grip. No hot water in the evening unless specifically asked them to start it. Must wait for at least 45 minutes before the water gets hot.

Despite the fact that I was on a business trip, this hotel will be ideal for all types of travelers. With all amenities, the best part is the very cooperative and friendly staff across all departments of the hotel, whether it was reception, housekeeping, and bar-restaurant. Would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

This hotel is not extraordinary, just ok for one night, the food is also not very good, the only advantage is that it is in a market area, you can go window shopping if you feel bored. And inox multiplex is nearby.
