Early Check in ( subject to availability)
0-2 hours - No charge
2-4 Hours - ₹500 per hour
More than 4 hours - 100% of Daily rate.
Late Check out ( subject to availability on non peak dates )
0-3 hours - ₹1,000 per hour
More than 3 hours - 100% of daily rate.
Request not to negotiate charges and T&Cs for early check in or late check out.
Please Note
1) Cleaning of the apartment is done once every 2 days between 10AM - 6 PM please inform the desired cleaning time to caretaker in advance.
2) If Kitchen facility is used, please pay directly to cleaner for cleaning of utensils / crockery , glassware etc.
3) To conserve natural resources, linen / towels are changed after every 3 nights stay but we do not have issues with need based requirements. Please inform the caretaker for same.
4) Breakage (if any) will be charged as follows :
- Glass - 150
- Plates / bowls - 200
- Serving Bowls - 400
- Lost Key / Lock Damage - 1500
Other damages will be as per actuals.
5) We do not levy any cleaning charges for regular housekeeping but if apartment or outside premises are made dirty beyond acceptable limits or puking outdoors or indoors, cleaning charges ₹5,000 will be applicable.
6) Smoking is allowed outside the apartment in areas where there is no public traffic.
7) No illegal and unlawful activities are permitted in the apartment.
8) Please use water & electricity wisely and ensure to switch off all lights/fans/ACs before leaving the apartment 🙏
Swimming Pool Rules
1. Timing - 9 AM - 6 PM
2. Proper swimwear is required to enter the pool
3. Eating and drinking is prohibited at the poolside or in the pool
We try our best to render hassle free homely stay but If any issues or further requirements during the stay please call caretaker and drop me a message this helps us in sorting out the issue and keep your stay comfortable.
Request you to leave the apartment clean /manageable condition to make the caretakers work less tiring :)
