It was a great hotel, with good food and service, neat and clean room, and the best location in the city. My family and I have stayed here before. There is a nice swimming pool on the roof. The facilities are also great, it is surrounded by a large banquet hall and a lovely marriage garden.

I highly recommend this Hotel. The food was delicious. The room was quite clean and tidy. The banquet halls were big and well decorated. The employees were very cooperative. They would definitely recommend Golden Eagle Hotel by Keisha Group.

Excellent conference room, wonderful food, and sound system with the do conference. Excellent pool on the top roof. Highly hospitable personnel and management. We appreciate you giving us such excellent support. Rp event rota aryans Latin bazaar, giving 4. 5 out of 5.

I have been here before, there are many things I like and this hotel has a royal vibe. I like the staff is very helpful and friendly, and the atmosphere is comfortable. But I didn't like the hotel, really there's just the pool and the view of the garden, and then the service is very good.

Very good service, all restaurants staff are very good, fresh, kailash, baller I and all reception staff are very good, very cooperative, room service very good, food like home, very great experience to stay in this hotel.

I booked a prepaid stay via Expedia, and checked -in around 9:30 pm. The default room allocated to me was terrible - smelled pretty bad, seems to have been closed since several days, no tea kettle or anything, bathroom knobs were broken etc. I called reception and asked them to come and see the condition and change my room. To my surprise no-one turned up, and I had to call in again and raise my voice just to get heard. It seems property takes online prepaid bookings for granted, and tries to allot the worst room by default. After few attempts, I was able to get my room changed, and then it was all good. Condition was good, it smelled good, and everything worked fine. I am dropping my overall star rating just for the initial inconvenience and bait-and-switch tactic employed by the hotel and for the bad customer rep available at the hotel during that time. I hope Hotel learns from this rating and experience and try to focus on improving customer experience going forward.
