Extremely friendly staff and they are wonderful hosts. Service is superb, especially housekeeping and maintenance. Every query, every requirement is attended to promptly. The staff are well trained and if reflects in their hospitality.

Golden Tulip is a very good place to stay. The hotel is clean and equipped with good amenities. The staff is polite and helpful. The food is also delicious. Adayar Bhavan is located nearby, adjacent to Golden Tulip. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Golden Tulip.

The hotel is in a great location with easy access to plenty of good food options. Our room was spacious enough for the two of us, and overall cleanliness was good. However, we did experience a couple of issues. On the first night, the guest in the room next door had their TV on all night, and the sound came through as if it were in our own room, making it difficult to sleep. We reported this to management in the morning, but it wasn’t resolved. Thankfully, the second night was quiet. The bathroom was tidy, though the hot water took a long time to come through. The wet-room style shower was also slightly inconvenient, as water tended to leak over the barrier. Overall, despite a few inconveniences, the hotel was a good stay due to its location, food options, and cleanliness.

Housekeeping takes forever to come. Turning on TV is not straight forward. The house keeping had to come and toggle multiple buttons. Same with the safe deposit box.

Property is centrally located. Food quality is terrible. Overall not great value for money. Travel desk is unprofessional. Mr. Anil quotes one rate and at the end of the trip jacks it up saying he had quoted original package ‘by mistake’
