A good stay in the hotel, the checkin was smooth and felt professional. A welcome juice and a garland to our surprise ( good gesture) Clean and friendly staff. We stayed for one night, just off the motorway and easy to spot. Proximity to the City and also felt safe inside the premises. Good beakfast and had a lot of choices for the ethic and the western palletes.

The hotel was great value for money though they were doing some slight renovations, they didn't affect my stay whatsoever. The restaurant was nice if a little pricey for the breakfast buffet. The room was faultless one of the most comfortable well laid out hotel rooms I've stayed in and a reasonably priced minibar. The bar in the basement was also very good though the music being played wasn't to my taste! I would highly recommend and I'd happily stay again.

Prompt service from the staff was missing. Asked for an additional bed at booking - checkin - and again reminded via call from room. Took ages to come. Morning i informed checkout and did not get any help in getting my luggage. Morning 5:30 called up room service for a coffee. No response. But still overall nice stay. Would surely be back.

Excellent experience. Very courteous and friendly staff. Rooms are good and spacious. True value for money. The Lunch was average, would be good if chef can put some more effort over there. Overall it was a good experience.

Property is good in terms of service + Location+ value for money. The drawback is the check inn desk. Where unnecessary things r been asked like adhar card of all members and so on that too after a tired travel journey which seems to hell a lot of waiting when compared to other hotels. Infact they were searching for Expedia booking I'd even after online payment confirmation was available with them.

The property is getting old and we can see wear and tear in the rest rooms. Hope they fix it soon. And the internet is very spotty. Wish the internet connection is better.
