The best hotel in and around Pachmarhi. It features cozy Victorian-style rooms, lovely gardens with lanterns providing ambient lighting, beautiful walks in and around Greendale, and abundant vegetation throughout the property. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. I had a great time here and will certainly be back.

The employees here were so welcoming and friendly. The cleanliness in this place is so good, they serve the same kind of food. The bathroom facilities were so complete and clean, and the breakfast here was really good too. The condition of the room was also really cool. The bathroom was so good. The bathroom also has a very nice shower in the room. This place was so comfortable.

This place is a place to be visited every time. This place is beautiful and the rooms are lovely. The staff is well trained and professional but very friendly. This place has an ancient vibe. I like to find out about the food and the service is really good.

This is a very tidy and clean property. The staff were extremely cooperative and friendly, and they provided excellent assistance with luggage and firewood. My. Sanders and my. Abhishek returned to request the excess funds they had spent at check-out, and they promptly reimbursed the money. Ideal for large groups. They were also kind enough to provide us packed sandwiches with ketchup and paper napkins for our trek to Chauragarh. They informed us that the motel is full, but on the night we were there, we were all guests in the rooms side area, and the maximum rooms were empty. I'm not sure why they did not give us the rooms. The person who manages the booking process is extremely rude and completely professional. She took my booking advance and changed the size and availability of the rooms. When I complained about the things she started yelling on the phone and told me that unless I give all of the money, I should not claim the booking, whereas the confirmation mail mentioned that 50 advance is to be given to confirm the booking. Despite this, she wasn't ready to accept the error in writing. She claimed that if she doesn't give me a reservation, I won't get a reservation in Pachmarhi. And I just discovered reservation at Nilambar. She then stopped responding to my messages or phone calls when I started asking for a
