Griha Sankalpa, a farmstay

Guests:
Number of guests cannot exceed that mentioned while booking.
Children:
Stay of a child below 6 years is complimentary in the parents' room.
The farm is on terraced slopes and so small children would need to be monitored and assisted.
Disabled Access:
We have only one bedroom that has disabled access, requirement of which needs to be specified while booking.
Pets:
Pets are allowed as long as they are toilet trained and have their own beds. Any damage caused otherwise will be charged.
Food:
Predominantly local vegetarian choice of food is provided but local non-vegetarian specialties can be sourced if requested in advance.
Meals (chargeable) have to be requested well in advance (dinner orders within 3pm).
Drivers can be provided food (chargeable) but not accommodation.
Consumption of food and drinks is allowed only in the dining areas, and strictly prohibited in the bedrooms and living areas.
BBQ:
We have a BBQ area where arrangements could be made if requested in advance.
A bonfire pit is also available.
Camping:
We have a camping deck with beautiful view of the hills around and with its own toilet and bath. We have tents and sleeping bags too if you wish to hire them.
Laundry:
Washing clothes in the bathroom is prohibited. We could do the laundry for a charge.
Boots/Shoes:
We have a 'no boots/shoes inside the house' policy. We provide flip-flops but you may bring your own pairs for use inside the house.
Surveillance:
Surveillance cameras are provided in the common spaces for security purposes only. They are not being monitored 24x7.
Any deliberate damage to them will be charged at actuals.
Events:
We do allow parties and events as long as the sound levels are not too loud.
The forest and its inhabitants, the farm animals and the neighbours have to be respected, and their privacy not invaded in any way.
Venturing into the forest is strictly prohibited.
Quiet time is between 10.00pm and 8.00am.
Littering:
Littering of the farm and the water body esp. with plastic is strictly prohibited.
Smoking:
Smoking inside the house is prohibited.
Responsible smoking within the farm premises is allowed.
Maintenance:
Any maintenance issue may be brought to the attention of the caretaker.
