I stayed at Harmony Resort Albuwag between December 20 and January 21. The stay was excellent, but the post-residence experience is awful. For each service, hotel personnel should frequently request it from them. Because the hotel admitted yes it was located in my room and that the hotel's only entrance camera charger was absent multiple times, I was forced to note several times that I forgot it. Despite repeatedly requesting the hotel to send me back the courier, I'm ready to pay for the carrier's services in writing, even after 45 days there was no hotel assistance. Bad room service, no hot water service, kids getting cranky that we want hot water to take bath but always not available. Bad food takes a long time to serve you dinner in 1 Khr. Breakfast khr. Rooms were clean and tidy, staff was good but service pathetic.

I liked my stay here and felt very comfortable. The environment here is cool and attractive. It's a beautiful resort with friendly staff. The rate there is more expensive, but the service is so good. Here is the place to stay for the family.

Because the food is expensive and lacking flavor, don't bother to eat here. The chicken was hard and didn't taste fresh. The complimentary breakfast is also a total letdown. No juice and not available even on a paid basis. The coffee cups were damaged. I left with the impression that I definitely should have paid a little bit less than I paid. Not worth the cost. Let me say this place is excellent. A word of caution if you make a booking at this hotel based on other travelers reviews, you could almost be disappointed. It fails in a lot of ways. The location is far from the nearest beach, which is about 10 kg away. Because it is in the middle of nowhere, you must own a vehicle. If youre not looking for beach access and stay away from the masses, then this hotel is fine. 2. Rooms The room we were given was modest and small for a family of four. A double bed occupies roughly the entire space, and an additional bed just about will squeeze in, leaving quite a lot of space to move. The rooms are clean and overall maintenance appears good. 4. Cleaning is prompt. Whatever request was promptly addressed. Although no one had even thought to get rid of the leftover plates left outside the rooms after dinner, I saw cats tidying up the leftovers that were hidden outside the rooms after dinner. 5. Overpriced restaurant. I dont recommend eating

I stayed with family for 2 days. I really like this place. The cleanliness of the room was good and clean with all the facilities that they provide. The views from the room were great, the room was very comfortable, and there was a good view from the balcony. We will come back to this place again.
