This hotel is great for business travelers and tourists alike. It is in the heart of Kolkata close to many of the important tourist sites. The staff are professional and very welcoming. The restaurant and room service are both the highest quality.

Excellent service, both check in and check out was smooth and prompt. Breakfast buffet was included in my room rate but I would've happily paid for the delicious spread. Housekeeping was extremely helpful with extra towels and coffee/tea. I shall be returning for a 3-days stay beginning December 29th, 2016 ^_^

The reception may have provided some hassles at the time of check-in.However, to my delight, they compensated by upgrading to the higher category of room and also offered a complimentary breakfast even though I had not opted for a breakfast plan in my hotels.com booking. The stay was made comfortable by offering prompt response in the services in the room. The staff were nice and friendly and would walk the extra mile to keep you comfortable. The swimming pool is small but well maintained and surprisingly, the downpour of rains made it look wonderful! The poolside myth restaurant is a good treat. Their nightclub and bar are good enough with teenagers of Kolkata flocking in. Overall, the hotel is a nice property to unwind and located in a great central location,so you can treat yourself in nearby places like park street and esplanade for a short shopping spree or even hangouts in famous nearby lounges n discs like Tantra, Roxy or Someplace Else in The Park Hotel.

Rooms were good but not upgraded.Food was really good but expensive. Complimentary breakfast spread was good. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Overall a pleasant stay.

It’s a wonderful property but it was sad to see poor maintenance. Probably reason being almost two years of lockdown but still there are few things that could have been done like polishing of wood and stone bases and replacing door knobs
