-No party, no alcohol, no tobacco, no loud music/noise
-All foreign nationals are required to submit copies of their passport and visa before check-in. All Indian Guests are also required to submit copies of their address/ ID proof before check-in.
- Any unauthorized and delayed check-out after the specified time (11:00 AM) will attract a charge of INR 1500 per hour.
- Please note that visitors are not allowed. Any visitor will be treated as an extra person and charged Rs 750 per person per day.
- To avoid misuse of electricity, we have installed sub meter, of which, the guest can note reading at the time of check in and at the time of check out. Any electricity consumtion beyond 15 units per day will be charged @ Rs. 9/- per unit and collected at the time of check out.
_ Alternate day House Keeping is complimentary. Daily cleaning is charged Rs. 550/- per day. The cleaning of kitchen including utensils, after usage, would be the responsibility of guest.
House Rules For Pets-
Due to high cost of hosting pets we charge Rs 750 per pet per day. A damage deposit of Rs. 3000/- per pet would be collected before check in to ensure fair usage of facilities by the pet. The pet parent must ensure no hair, no odour and no mess due to pet.
As per, society rules, The building gate closes between 11 pm - 6 am. Unmarried couples are not allowed. No entry and exit will be possible between 11 pm to 6 am.
