You get what you pay for. This is a budget, one star hotel that is cheap. It is basic, cramped, and in no way attractive. You get somewhere clean to sleep, to wash and keep your stuff safe while you go exploring or on your business in Mumbai. There were some mosquitos in my room but it took very little time to sort that out, I checked and found no bed bugs. The staff did not bother me and we're happy to supply a clean towel when I asked and offered to clean my room. It is conveniently located close to Bandra train station, which is on the fast line. There are some terrible reviews on here that almost put me off staying. I risked it to save money and it paid off.

Overall satisfying for the money paid .chose the hotel consciously knowing its main draw back of very narrow winding staircase and environment issues..it was compensated by conveniene if you have to go airport ,consulates,. The staff were very nice friendly understanding the felling of middle class anxiety traveller who is not tourist. Mumbai with its complex issues cannot provide better than this as at present. Perhaps in future more comfortable physical things may become available with cheaper price. But we are not sure if the present humane touch will exist. Jaya,gg subramanian age 71/63.

I was put up in a near by apartment, not at the hotel. When I reached the apartment, I couldn't figure out what is going on. A few people were having food, people talking at the door. I was told to sit until they clean up the room for me. The room was nice and clean, with TV and AC and enough storage place, nice bed etc. bathroom was common, next to the room. I had to tell them to clean the wash basin. US consulate is about 15 mins auto ride. It worked for me, but this is not what you expect while booking a hotel. The whole environment was not that comfortable. Just a personal opinion. Practically, it was a convenient stay for a night. Cheaper than any other nearby hotels.

This hotel is like what all the reviews say...small but convenient. I enjoyed my stay there except for the fact that the gentleman who checked me in appeared to wish he has any other job except this one. He was abrupt and unfriendly, despite my best attempts at being unobtrusive.
