This is an excellent hotel and is way better than I expected for the price I paid. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming and the room was perfect. The sheets were pristine, the bed comfortable and the facilities in the room were great - kettle, hair dryer, safe, fluffy slippers, the lot! There was hot water every time I wanted it - something of a rarity in Indian hotels in my experience! The hotel was in a great location to reach all the main landmarks in the city, and turning left and left again out of the hotel I found a couple of friendly bars nearby.

This is an excellent hotel and is way better than I expected for the price I paid. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming and the room was perfect. The Bangalore gate has a good feel about it especially in the entrance foyer with the large Ganesha statue. The hotel has a great restaurant attached with a good selection of Indian cuisine. The location is central, but the traffic out side is intense and loud so request a room at the back of the hotel and it is lovely and quiet.

Très belle prestation, grande chambre claire, , bureau, salon tv, frigo, set du voyageur(peigne, set couture, brosse à dent etc de voyage)à disposition. Agence de voyage, qui prépare, avec nous notre itinéraire. Petit bémol, le restaurant, ne fait pas parti du même hotel, mais jouxte l'hotel. Pour les fans de shopping, la MG road est éloigné, mais les autos rickshaws, devant l'hotel vous attendent. L'hotel est calme, excellent rapport qualité prix.

This hotel was better than I expected, In addition to clean room and great service, the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. I was impressed with the security detail as well since the hotel is located in a very crowded commercial area. The hotel has an excellent restaurant attached to it. Overall, great experience, would recommend to any one who travels to Bangalore.

The check in was amazingly slow. I made a couple of comments via hotels.com and the management responded immediatly. They still need to improve their procedures to make things smooter. The wifi leaves a lot to be desired. A lengthy procedure to got on-line, which requires an Indian mobile phone number, followed by further log-ins on the second day (new voucher). This only wifi access point that worked was not on the list the hotel provides I had to ask for things like extra coffee supplies, and toilet paper. These were provided quickly The hotel is clean, but dowdy. While the floor is cleaned daily, there are marks on the walls which have clearly been there for months, or more likely years. The hallways and restaurant area could also do with fresh paint and more lighting. This is a decent hotel, but it could easily be changed to a very good one
